Halt Southern Boulevard Rezoning

plans to rezone Southern Boulevard. The coalition, comprised of local residents, community and labor organizations, believes the city must
engage in a community-led process with a plan that places local experience and knowledge at its core, builds on existing strengths and assets
in the area, and supports collective ownership and equitable development to benefi t current community members.
