Prescription for grief relief
The Greek dramatist Euripides
wrote these words 400 years
before the birth of Christ. Grief
is the price of love.
When we love someone and they
die, we feel the pain of grief.
However, there are steps we can
take that may ease the stress and
hasten our recovery.
Here are some tips that can help the
bereaved on their journey through
• Go back to work. If you had a job,
return as soon as possible. Work is a
healthy distraction from the pain of
loss. If you were not in the workplace,
fi nd a job.
• Stay fi t. Exercise can help you both
physically and emotionally because
activity provides an outlet for stress.
• Enroll in a class. Not only does
taking a class provide you with a
healthy diversion from grief but it
also can supply practical knowledge
for improving the quality of your

Sra. Aristide “Ti Tiré”é” B Bonilla ill (F Feliciano),li
age 83, of Brooklyn, NY passed
away peacefully at Wycoff Medical Center in Brooklyn NY on November
28, 2020 at 7:29pm. Tiré was born on July 31, 1937 and raised in
Isabella, Puerto Rico. She migrated to the United States in 1969. The
wake will be held at San Juan Funeral Home located at 317 Central
Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11221. Visitation hours are from 10:00am –
1:00pm on December 4, 2020. Burial will follow the funeral at Cypress
Hills Cemetery. Tiré was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, aunt,
wife, mother, and grandmother. She was very proud of her family.
Family get-togethers were very important to her. She loved her birds,
plants, bingo, and dominoes! Tiré is survived by her beloved sisters and
brothers, nieces and nephews and her children Guillermo & Isabel, Luis
& Casilda, Carmen, Agustino & Martha, and her grandchildren/great
grandchildren Santa, Raymond, Jessica & Gary Sr., Luis Jr. & Quilana,
Giovanni, Angel, Bryant, Christopher, Desiree & Francis , Jeffrey, Gary Jr.,
Jaden, Skylar, Tyler, Vinny, Aiden, Darius, Julien and Rosielle. She is
predeceased by her daughter Elsie who no doubt was waiting for her
at Heaven’s gates.
