Cops seek man behind Kew
Gardens Hills shooting
Th e NYPD is looking for the assailant
who shot a man in Kew Gardens Hills
earlier this month.
On Tuesday, Dec. 1, around 9 p.m., a
24-year-old man was outside near the
intersection of 71st Avenue and 150th
Street, when an unidentifi ed man drove
up next to him in a white Jeep Grand
Cherokee, cops said.
Th e man got out of the car, took out a
handgun and demanded the 24-year-old
get into the Jeep, according to the NYPD.
When the victim refused, the man shot
him once in the buttocks, hopped back
into the car and drove off northbound
on 71st Avenue, according to the police.
Th e 24-year-old was treated and
released from NewYork-Presbyterian
Hospital Queens.
Police say the shooter was last seen
wearing a black mask over his face, gloves
and all black clothing.
No arrests have been made and the
investigation is ongoing.

Random attacker in
Cambria Heights punches
out 86-year-old woman,
breaks her hip: cops
Cops are looking for the assailant
behind a recent, despicable attack in
Cambria Heights in which she punched
and seriously injured an 86-year-old
woman.
Th e victim suff ered a broken hip aft er
being sucker-punched by the suspect
and knocked to the concrete sidewalk in
front of 229-01 Linden Blvd. in Cambria
Heights at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 11.
Law enforcement sources said the
assault appeared to be a random attack.
No words or other interactions occurred
before the perpetrator threw her fi st at
the victim.
Aft er knocking down the octogenarian,
authorities noted, the suspect fl ed on
foot westbound along Linden Boulevard.
Th e incident was later reported to the
105th Precinct; the victim was treated
for a fractured left hip at Long Island
Jewish Valley Stream Hospital.
On Dec. 12, the NYPD released video
footage of the culprit, whom police
described as a Black woman between
50 and 60 years of age, standing about 5
feet, 8 inches tall.
She was last seen wearing a gray hooded
sweatshirt with a green logo on the
front, black pants, black gloves and multicolored
sneakers while carrying an
orange bucket on her left arm.

Man assaults masseuse
in Jackson Heights after
she refuses to perform
sex act: NYPD
Th e NYPD is looking for a man
who allegedly attacked a masseuse and
attempted to force her to perform a sex
act on him in Jackson Heights earlier this
week.
On Wednesday, Dec. 9, around 10:50
p.m., an unidentifi ed man walked into a
massage parlor, located at 80-20 Roosevelt
Ave., and requested a massage, according
to the NYPD.
A 57-year-old woman, who works as
a masseuse at the spa, began to give
the man a massage when he became
aggressive and grabbed the woman by
the neck and pushed her to the ground,
cops said.
Th e man then attempted to force the
woman to perform a sex act him, according
to the police. Th e woman fought the
man back until he hit her multiple times
in the face and ran off , according to the
authorities.
Th e masseuse was taken to NYC Health
& Hospitals/Elmhurst, where she was
treated for bruising and bleeding around
her right eye.
Police describe the suspect as being
in his 30s and standing around 5 feet
8 inches tall, with a medium build
and facial hair. He was last seen wearing
a dark-colored hooded sweater,
dark-colored Adidas sweatpants with
several white stripes on the sides and
black sneakers.
No arrests have been made and the
investigation is ongoing.
