On Nov. 15, at about 9 a.m., the suspect — identified as 33-year-old Rachide Arthur — exposed his private parts to a 48-year-old female while on board the northbound F train at the 169th Street station in Jamaica, police said. Arthur is described by police as about 6 feet tall, approximately 215 pounds with a full goatee and last seen wearing a red longsleeved sweater with a white design in front of it, blue jeans, black boots and carrying a yellow plastic bag. Jamaica man charged for murder of girlfriend found dead in bathtub with burns After a two-month search, police arrested and charged a Jamaica man for the murder of his 28-year-old girlfriend who was found dead in a bathtub inside their apartment with burns on her body. Carlos Leon Pineda, 27, was charged on Dec. 9 with murder, arson, reckless endangerment and tampering with physical evidence in connection to the death of Miriam Velez-Samayoa. According to police, on Oct. 17 at about 4:04 a.m. officers responded to a 911 call of a possible assault in progress inside a third floor apartment at 147-28 90th Ave. Upon arriving, police found Velez-Samayoa unconscious and unresponsive with burns on her body. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the 28-year-old dead at the scene. The medical examiner later classified the death as a homicide and police began their search for Leon Pineda. Philly man pleads guilty to manslaughter in stabbing of his Queens Village aunt A 28-year old Philadelphia man admitted to killing his 66-year-old aunt in her Queens Village home last year. Richie Desauguste pleaded guilty on Dec. 8 to first-degree manslaughter before Queens Supreme Court Justice Gregory L. Lasak. He has been held without bail since March 2015 following the October 2014 incident. According to Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown, by pleading guilty Desauguste admitted to stabbing his aunt, Rose Ragsdale, multiple times, resulting in her death during the early morning of Oct. 24, 2014, in her 105th Avenue residence. “While the defendant has now been held accountable for his action, hopefully the victim’s family can take consolation during this holiday season knowing that justice has been served for their loved one,” Brown said in a statement. Lasak indicated that he would likely order Desauguste to a determinate term of 23 years in prison during a sentencing hearing scheduled for Jan. 20, 2016. Rego Park man pays price for Elmhurst accident that took two lives A Rego Park motorist was sentenced to serve up to nine years in prison for his role in a vehicle crash that killed two male pedestrians on Queens Boulevard in 2013. Leonid Redko, 24, of 63rd Drive pleaded guilty on Oct. 28 to second-degree manslaughter before Queens Supreme Court Justice Gregory L. Lasak, who handed down a sentence of between three and nine years behind bars. According to prosecutors, on the morning of Nov. 11, 2013, Redko was driving a 2014 yellow Chevrolet Camaro westbound along the Queens Boulevard service road near Broadway at over 100 mph when he lost control and hit a phone kiosk and a lamppost. The vehicle then rotated and jumped the curb, fatally striking Man Chit Cheng, 59, and Wang Mu Lin, 41, both of whom were on their way to work. “This was an absolutely senseless tragedy with deadly consequences that could have easily been avoided,” Queens District Attorney Richard A.
