Man robs commercial truck
parked in Ozone Park
Cops are looking for the crook who
broke into a commercial truck and stole
cash in Ozone Park in September.
According to police, at around 12 p.m.
on Sept. 23, an unknown man jumped the
fence at a residence on 77th Street near
Glenmore Avenue. Th e suspect proceeded
to break into a truck at the location and
steal $260 in cash.
Th e suspect then fl ed the scene in an
unknown direction. Th e victim stated that
the truck is used for his business, according
to the NYPD.
Th e 106th Precinct identifi ed the suspect
as Andres Flores and released his
photo on their Twitter account on Nov.
10.

Man found stabbed to
death in South Jamaica
Cops are investigating a homicide that
left a man dead in South Jamaica on
Saturday night.
Police responded to a 911 call at 10:45
p.m. on Nov. 9 regarding an unconscious
male inside of 125-30 Sutphin Blvd.
Upon arriving at the scene, offi cers discovered
a 53-year-old man unconscious
with multiple stab wounds to his torso.
EMS transported the victim to Jamaica
Hospital Medical Center, where he was
pronounced dead.
Th e identity of the victim is being withheld
pending family notifi cation.
Th ere have been no arrests at this time
and the investigation is ongoing.
115th Precinct
Jackson Heights, East Elmhurst,
Corona
Three men steal victim’s
phone and shoes in Corona
Cops are looking a trio who assaulted
and robbed a man of his phone and shoes
in Corona last month.
According to police, at 3:30 p.m. on
Oct. 24, a 21-year-old man was standing
in the vicinity of 105th Street and 34th
Avenue when he was approached by seven
unknown men on bicycles. Th e suspects
proceeded to surround the victim and
asked him what gang he was in.
Th e victim tried to fl ee by running
northbound on 105th Street, but he was
cut off by three unknown men who were
waiting at the corner of 34th Avenue.
Th e trio tripped and assaulted the victim,
causing pain to his arms and knees,
before fl eeing the scene with the victim’s
cellphone and shoes.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Th e investigation is ongoing.
Th e 115th Precinct tweeted out photos
of the suspects taken from nearby surveillance
footage.

Man steals $2,000 in
Flushing burglary
Cops are searching for the man who
allegedly stole $2,000 from the register
of a Flushing business last week.
Police said the unidentified suspect
entered a business through a
side door on Prince Street at around
3 a.m. on Nov. 2. Once inside, he
removed approximately $2,000 from
a cash register before fleeing in an
unknown direction, according to
authorities.
Police released a photo of the suspect
on Nov. 6.
