Qualifi ed U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary instructors will teach the New York State Safe Boating class from Flotilla 12-01 at Fort Totten. This one-day, eight-hour boat safety course is designed to be an introductory course to meet the boating education needs to recreational boaters and personal watercraft operators.
