Crooks break into Flushing
apartment and steal clothes
Cops are looking for four men who
broke into a Flushing man’s apartment
and raided his closet.
Police say that at 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 23,
four unknown men entered the apartment
of a 27-year-old man, located in a
residential building at 145-38 34th Ave.,
by using a key. Once inside, the suspects
took $1,000 worth of clothing.
Th e suspects then fl ed the scene in
an unknown direction. Th e incident was
reported to the 109th Precinct.

Slasher cuts woman outside
of Woodside strip club
Cops are looking for a man who
slashed a woman with a surgical instrument
outside of a Woodside club on the
night of Wednesday, Aug. 28.
According to police, at around 10:30
p.m. on Aug. 28, a 27-year-old woman
was entering Privileged Night Club,
located at 49-14 Queens Blvd. As she
was entering the club, an unknown man
grabbed her from behind and slashed
her with a scalpel blade.
Th e suspect the fl ed the scene in an
unknown direction.
Offi cers from the 108th Precinct and
EMS units responded to the scene. Th e
victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital
for treatment of a deep laceration from
behind her right ear down to her jawline.
Police described the assailant as a
black man in his 30s, standing 6 feet tall
and weighing 200 pounds. He was last
seen wearing a black baseball cap, black
sneakers, blue jeans and a black T-shirt.
No arrests have been made at this
time. Th e investigation is ongoing.

Armed crook robs man
in Astoria Park
Cops are looking for an armed man
who robbed his victim at gunpoint at an
Astoria green space last month and then
fl ed the scene on a bicycle.
According to police, at 2:30 p.m. on
Aug. 16, a 24-year-old male victim was
standing at the corner of Steinway Street
and 31st Avenue when he was approached
by an unknown man. Sources familiar
with the investigation say that the
victim was smoking marijuana and the
unknown man asked for a hit.
Th e two men proceeded to walk
together to Sean’s Place Park, located at
31-32 38th St., and when they arrived
the unknown man pulled out a gun and
demanded the victim’s property.
Th e victim complied and handed over
$84 in cash and his LG cellphone valued
at $200. Th e suspect then fl ed the scene
down to Steinway Street, where mounted
a bicycle and continued to fl ee.
No shots were fi red and there were no
reported injuries as a result of the incident.

taken in the vicinity of where the robbery
