The suspect fled and the victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in stable condition. Kingsberry is described as a black male, 23 years old, 6’ tall, 180 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.  He was last seen wearing black work boots, a black T-shirt and gray jeans. Police search for suspect in Richmond Hill attempted rape The police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection with an alleged attempted rape in Richmond Hill. According to the NYPD, on Friday, July 5 at about 3:15 a.m., the 21-year-old victim was walking near 115th Street and 85th Avenue when she was approached by the suspect. The suspect grabbed her from behind, threw her onto the floor and attempted to rape her. Upon seeing a car pass in the street, the suspect fled the area. The police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male, 5’9″ tall, 180 pounds and with a medium complexion. The NYPD has released a video of the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS  109TH PRECINCT Downtown Flushing, East Flushing, Queensboro Hill, College Point, Malba, Whitestone, Beechhurst and Bay Terrace Man found dead in car On Saturday, July 6, police responded to a report of an unconscious person inside a vehicle parked in front of 29-40 160th Street.  Upon arrival, responding officers discovered Ronald Siracuse, 50, lying in the rear of a parked vehicle. EMS also responded to the location and took Siracuse to Flushing Hospital Mecial Center, where he was pronounced dead. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, and the investigation is ongoing. 110TH PRECINCT Corona and Elmhurst Seek man who sexually assaulted girl Cops are looking for the suspect wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a young girl. On July 2, while inside a grocery store in the vicinity of 39th Avenue and 108th Street, the nine-year-old girl was kissed on the cheek and sexually abused by a male suspect after he motioned for her to come over to him. The victim fled the store and informed her mother of the incident. The suspect fled the location. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. 114TH PRECINCT Astoria, Long Island City, Woodside and Jackson Heights Astoria man busted for illegally dealing fireworks Cops busted a Queens man’s Fourth of July fun. Following an undercover buy, on Wednesday, July 3, cops busted George Liakas, 26, for illegally dealing fireworks and seized dozens of boxes of fireworks and fireworks-making materials at his Astoria home, said police. Queens Vice unit members bought $500 worth of fireworks from Liakas on Tuesday evening near Hillside Avenue and Queens Boulevard. At that time, Liakas told the officers that he had “a lot more fireworks” at his house. The following night, Liakas was arrested as he was approaching his 49th Street home and a search warrant was executed on his residence and vehicle, according to authorities. The search turned up approximately 50 boxes of assorted fireworks, two boxes of materials for making fireworks, eight canisters of military-grade aluminum powder and five pounds of potassium perchlorate. The fireworks have an estimated value of several thousand dollars, said police. Liakas has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon (explosive) criminal possession of a weapon (incendiary device), reckless endangerment, assault on a police officer, obstructing governmental administration, unlawfully dealing fireworks, unlawfully possessing noxious matter and unlawfully selling noxious material. 115TH PRECINCT East Elmhurst, North Corona and Jackson Heights Suspect sexually assaults teen twice in Jackson Heights Police are seeking a man wanted for sexually assaulting a teen in Jackson Heights. According to the NYPD, on Wednesday, July 3 at approximately 11 p.m. the suspect approached the 15-year-old victim, showed him a black firearm and took the victim’s iPod. The suspect then forced the victim to follow him to 89th Street, where he sexually assaulted him. The suspect then proceeded in forcing the victim to 42nd Avenue, where he sexually assaulted him again. Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male between 20 and 27 years old, 5’4’’, 180 pounds, wearing brown pants, a white tank top and an orange baseball cap with a Yankees logo. The incidents occurred in March, May and June in Elmhurst, Forest Hills, Sunnyside, Woodside and Flushing, according to authorities. During the burglaries, the suspect entered the location, typically through the front door, and took property, including jewelry, cash and electronics. The suspect was wearing beige slacks, a multicolored shirt and black shoes, said the NYPD, which added he walks with a limp and cane.
