Officers arrived at the Underhill Avenue apartment around 10:10 p.m. on June 29 after receiving a 9-1-1 call from the father, Boujeke Kenmoe, 41, requesting an ambulance for himself and his son, Jerry Kenmoe, prosecutors said.
