The event will celebrate women of Queens finance, healthcare, education and entrepreneurship whose major achievements and participation in community activities has helped the borough grow. The event will also honor Greg Kelly, co-host of Fox News’s “Good Day New York,” as Best Man of the Year. Queensborough President Melinda Katz will be attending the ceremony as well. “Greg Kelly is one of the most beloved, interesting and powerful newscasters in television,” said Victoria Schneps, publisher and CEO of The Queens Courier. “We are delighted to honor the highest-rated morning TV personality as our Best Man of the Year.” The Leadership in Education Award will be presented to Sharon DeVivo, president of Vaughn College. Dr. Jasmin Moshirpur, Dean/Medical Director at Elmhurst Hospital, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.
