OBITUARIES
AURORA RUZAN, of Glendale, died
on Thursday, December 5, at the age of
72. A native of Seleus, Yugoslavia, she
was the beloved wife of Kornel Ruzan,
devoted mother of Kornel Ruzan and
dear sister of Minadora Cimesa and Jonel
Ruzan. Services were off ered at Morton
Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels,
followed by interment at Lutheran All
Faiths Cemetery, Middle Village, under
the direction of Morton Funeral Home/
Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave.,
Ridgewood.

STEFAN WASZCZENKO died on
Hess-Miller Funeral Home
Friday, November 29, at the age of 92.She
was the beloved husband of Leopoldina
Waszczenko, the loving father of Victor
Waszczenko, Nadia Perez and Christina
Waszczenko, father-in-law of John Perez,
cherished grandfather of Jayson, Alyssa,
Jonathon and Erika, great-grandfather of
Derek James, and dear brother of Wera
Teixeira and the late Wasyl Waszczenko.
Funeral services were held at Papavero
Funeral Home on Wednesday, December
4, followed by interment at St. John
Cemetery, Middle Village, under the
direction of Papvero Funeral home, 72-27
Grand Ave., Maspeth.
