ROSEMARIE PELLEGRINO
died on Wednesday, August 28,
at the age of 101. She was the
wife of the late John Pellegrino
and loving mother of Teri McAfee
and the late John Pellegrino
and Patrick Pellegrino. She was
also a cherished grandmother
and great-grandmother. A Mass
of Christian Burial was offered
on Wednesday, September 4, at
St. Stanislaus Church, Maspeth,
followed by interment at St.
John Cemetery, Middle Village,
under the direction of Papavero
Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand
Ave., Maspeth.

TANA CANACHEU of Ridgewood
died on Tuesday, August
27, at the age of 95. A native
of Livezi, Greece, she was the
wife of the late Stere Canacheu
and devoted mother of Doru
Canacheu. She is also survived
by one grandchild and two
great-grandchildren. Services

Grandview Ave., Ridgewood,

followed by interment at Pine
Grove Cemetery, Ansonia,

died on Tuesday, August
27, at the age of 93. A native
of Ragendorf, Hungary, she
was the wife of the late Henry
Nemeth and devoted mother
of Robert Nemeth and Karen
Garone. She is also survived by

Gottschee, Yugoslavia,
she was the devoted mother of
Joseph Koenig and the late Frank
Koenig. She is also survived by

at St. Matthias Church, Ridgewood,

at All Faiths Cemetery, Middle

New York.

IRENE M. ROTGANS died
on Friday, August 23, at the
age of 75. She was the beloved
wife of Ewald Rotgans, loving
mother of Humphrey, Romeo,
Raynold, Helga, Roel, Arno and
Sieglien, dear sister of Orcine,
Alexander, Raymond, Cyrill,
Eugene and Theo and dearest
friend of Mayme, Ruby, Olivia,
Florette and Noemie. She was
also a cherished grandmother
of 23 grandchildren and greatgrandmother
of six greatgrandchildren.

be offered from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
this Saturday, September 7, at
Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27

by cremation at Fresh Pond Crematory,
