OBITUARIES
CARMELA TRIFILIO died Tuesday, May 25, at the age of 84. She was the
beloved wife of the late Ippolito Trifi lio, loving mother of Anthony Trifi lio,
Steven Trifi lio, Frank Trifi lio, Maria Mirra and the late Josephine Como and
mother-in-law of Enza, Michelle, Gianni and Antonio, cherished grandmother
of Josephine (Dominic), Melissa (Paul), Christina, Carmela, Marygrace, Nicole,
Sabrina, Annamarie (Pietro), Steven, Gianni, Luca and Lia Grace and greatgrandmother
of Giuliana, Giancarlo, Olivia and Emma, and dear sister of Rosa
Aloe, Antonette Trimarche, Francesca Morretta, Rocco Ruggiero, Salvatore
Ruggiero and the late Vincenza Molinaro and Maria Spatola. She is also survived
by many lovng nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A
Mass of Christian Burial was off ered at St. Athanasius Church on Saturday,
May 29, followed by private cremation at Green-wood Crematory, under the
direction of Papvero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

RICHARD C. VARNIS died Monday, May 24, at the age of 73. He was the
beloved father of Charles, Craig and Kevin, cherished grandfather of Andrew,
Kyle and Justin, and loving brother of Michael and Charlene. Funeral
services were held at Papavero Funeral Home on Friday, May 28, followed by
interment at Lutheran All-Faiths Cemetery, under the direction of Papvero
Funeral Home, Maspeth.

BUEAREGARD J. ROBINSON, JR. MD died Monday, May 24, at the age of
75. He was the beloved father of Beauregard (Suzanne) Robinson III, Leopold
Robinson, Christopher Robinson, Lindsay Robinson, Mark Robinson and
Michael Robinson, loving grandfather of MacKenzie and Riley, and dear
brother of John Robinson, Beth Steinkelner and Robert Robinson. He is also
survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Private cremationw
as held on Thursday, May 27, at All Souls Crematory, under the direction of
Papvero Funeral Home, Maspeth.
