Spring in full swing at Myrtle Avenue fair
Thousands of residents of Ridgewood and beyond strolled up
and down Myrtle Avenue through the raindrops on April 28 for
the Myrtle Avenue Street Festival sponsored by the Ridgewood
Local Development Corporation. Spectators browsed scores
of vendors that lined the shopping strip between Forest and
Wyckoff Avenues. There were also plenty of entertainers along
the way. The MTA also brought along two vintage buses, allowing
guests to take a gander at some of the classic rides that helped
