JOAN KESSLER of Glendale died on Saturday, April 5, at the age of 80. She was the loving wife of Lawrence, beloved mother of Rosemarie and Paul Santucci and Lorraine and Andy Marchese and devoted grandmother of Amanda, Christiana and Holly Anne. She was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Chapter of the Catholic Daughters of America and a Girl Scout and Sunday School leader at St. Pancras Church, Glendale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered this morning, Thursday, April 12, at St. Pancras Church, followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn, under the direction of Schwille Funeral Home, 66-32 Myrtle Ave., Glendale. +++ CHARLES W. WEILAND of Maspeth died on Thursday, April 3, at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband of Joan (nee Heerlein) and devoted father of Charles and Lori and Kathryn and Joe Smoljan. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
