Crook snatches $400 from
woman’s hand on Main

Cops are searching for the crook who snatched $400
from a woman’s hand on Main Street in Flushing earlier
this month.
Authorities say that the suspect approached a 39-
year-old woman who was standing near 40-10 Main St.
at 4:35 p.m. on March 15. The man proceeded to snatch
$400 in cash from her hand before fl eeing westbound
on Roosevelt Avenue, police said.
No one was injured during the incident.
Cops released a photo of the suspect on March 25.

Trio beats up a man and
steals his AirPods in Astoria
The NYPD is looking for three men wanted in connection
with a robbery in Astoria earlier this month.
On Wednesday, March 18, around 4:45 p.m., a 25-
year-old man was walking in front of 38-20 32 St., when
three unidentifi ed individuals approached him from
behind and began to punch him, according to police.
The three men stole the man’s Apple AirPods and fl ed
in an unknown direction.
One man is described as being approximately 5 feet 9
inches. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket,
black pants, a black T-shirt, black sneakers and a black
knit hat.
The second man is also described as being around 5
feet 9 inches. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded
jacket, a white T-shirt, dark pants and gray sneakers.
The third man was last seen wearing a gray hooded
sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, light-colored sneakers
with green laces.
The investigation is ongoing.

Cops seek crooks who beat
down man in Astoria
subway station: NYPD
The NYPD is looking for several people wanted in
connection with an assault and attempted robbery
inside an Astoria train station last month.
On Tuesday, Feb. 18, around 11 p.m., a 43-year-old man
was on a northbound N train that had pulled into the
Broadway subway station, when several unidentifi ed
individuals started to argue with him, according to
police. When the man got off the train, the individuals
followed and began to punch him in his face and on his
head in an attempt to take his cell phone, cops say.
The individuals were unsuccessful in robbing the
man and fl ed in an unknown direction aft er leaving
the station.
Police obtained video of the suspects from within
the train station.
