Ann Marie Hampton, 82, of Port Monmouth,
passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022. Born
in Brooklyn, NY, she spent most of her life
in Ridgewood and Glendale, Queens, before
moving to Bayshore Village in Port Monmouth.
She enjoyed shopping on Myrtle Avenue in
Ridgewood and was an avid Mets fan. Her greatest
joy was her family, especially her grandchildren,
whose sporting events and activities she always
attended. She will be deeply missed by those that
knew and loved her.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert
E. Hampton in 2018, and her sisters Joan and
Lorraine. Surviving are her sons and their spouses:
Robert Hampton and LoriAnn, Jeffrey Hampton
and Joann, and Chris Hampton and Robyn; and
her grandchildren: Amanda, Jacquelyn, Sydney,
Bobby, Sara, and Zach.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 22 from 5-8
pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home 115 Tindall
Rd., Middletown. Interment will be Wednesday,
March 23 at 11 am at Brig. Gen. William C.
Doyle Veteran’s Cemetery 350 Provinceline Rd.,
Wrightstown, NJ.
