ALBA BRUNO died on Saturday, December
28, at the age of 85. She was the beloved
wife of the late Fedele Bruno, loving mother
of Carmelo, Maria and Adriana Bruno,
cherished nonna of Alba, Maria, Vanesa,
Sara and Fedele, and great-grandmother
of Gianna, Guiliana and Stefano. A Mass of
Christian Burial was off ered at Our Lady of
Hope Church on Friday, January 3, followed
by entombment at Lutheran All-Faiths Cemetery
Eternal Light Mausoleum, Maspeth,
under the direction of Papavero Funeral
home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

ALBERT E. HEURICH, of Ridgewood,
died on Saturday, December 28. He was
the beloved brother of William Heurich
and Erika Zinser, and was survived by
several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and
grand-nephews. He served the U.S. Army
as a physician in Vietnam and worked for
many years at Downstate Medical Center
and Kings County Hospital, and served
as a professor at Long Island University.
A Mass of Christian Burial was off ered at
St. Mattias RC Church on Saturday, January
4, followed by internment at St. John’s
Cemetery, Middle Village.

EILEEN MASTROSIMONE, of Maspeth,
died on Monday, December 30, at the age
of 85. A native of Brooklyn, she was the
beloved wife of the late Joseph Mastrosimone,
and devoted mother of Thomas Mastrosimone,
Antoinetter Ventura, Lorraine
Mastrosimone and Francine Mastrosimone.
She is survived by seven grandchildren
and fi ve great-grandchildren. A Mass of
Christian Burial was off ered at Our Lady
of The Miraculous Medal R.C. Church,, followed
by internment at Lutheran All-Faiths
Cemetery, Middle Village, under the direction
of Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood
Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood.

GHEORGHE DUDU GRIGORE, of Jackson
Heights, died on Tuesday, December
31, at the age of 93. A native of Romania, he
was the beloved husband of Macruhi Arabagian
and devoted father of Victor Arabagian.

Orthodox Church, followed by interment at
Pleasant Grove Union Cemetery, New Jersey,

LILLIAN BUONOCORE, of Ridgewood,
died on Wednesday, January 1, at the age
of 89. A native of Brooklyn, she was the
beloved wife of the late Ferdinand Buonocore
and devoted mother of Roseann Peters.
She is also survived by two grandchildren
and one great-grandchild. Services were offered

LUDWIG MICHELITSCH, of Ridgewood,
died on Friday, January 3 at the age
of 91. A native of Windischdorf, Gottschee,
Yugoslavia, and veteran of the U.S. Army,
he was the beloved husband of the late
Juliane Michelitsch, and devoted father
of Helga Ihrig and Raymond Michelitsch.
He is survived by three grandchildren.

January 3 at the age of 57. She was the beloved
wife of Frank Insalaco, loving mother
of Stephanie and Frank Insalaco, cherished
daughter of Rudy and Josephine Cuzzo,
daughter-in-law of Rosary and the late
Frank Insalaco and dear sister of Denise
Gennari and Anna Monteleone. A Mass of
Christian Burial was off ered at Our Lady

by internment at St. John’s Cemetery,
