OBITUARIES
CHARLES MORRIS died Monday, Dec. 27, at the age of 83. He was
the beloved husband of Daphne Morris, loving father of John (Consuelo)
Morris, Marlon Morris, Wayne (Michele) Morris and Suzette
Morris, cherished grandfather of Joshua, Matthew, Olivia, Marchus,
Amandam Sophia, Kyka and Brianna, and dear brother of the late
Gertel Wagner, Merlene Smith and Myrtle Brannon. He is also by
many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial
will be offered at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, at St. Mary’s Church,
followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, under the direction
of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

CESAR M. ‘JULIO’ DELEON died Friday, Dec. 24, at the age of 72.
He was the beloved husband of Iiris, loving father of Cesar (Wendy)
Deleon, Angel Velez, and Jeanette (Angelo) Rodriguez, cherished
grandfather of Marissa, Tatiana, Carlitos and Clarissa and greatgrandfather
of Sienna, and dear brother of Ramon Deleon. He is
also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Private
cremation was held Tuesday, Dec. 28, at Fresh Pond Crematory. Memorial
mass was offered at St. Adalbert’s Church on Monday, Jan. 3,
followed by entombment of cremains at St. John Cemetery, under the
direction of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

LYDIA B. CAIBAL died Wednesday, Dec. 29, at the age of 84.
She was the beloved wife f the late Romeo Caibal, loving mother of
Rolando (Remedios) Caibal and Erminda (Jose) Vidal and Carmina
(Otto) Caibal, cherished grandmother of Carissa, Cyan, Joseph, Jeffrey
and Nicholas, and dearest sister of Helen, Letty, Deogracias,
Peding, Renato, Romy and Eddie and a dear sister-in-law. She is also
survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A Mass of
Christian Burial was offered at Ascension Church on Tuesday, Jan.
4, followed by private cremation at Fresh Pond Crematory, under
the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

CLEOFE R. MISENAS died Saturday, Jan. 1, at the age of 70. She was
the beloved mother of Thomas (Michele) Misenas, Jasmin Misenas
and Paul (Ruby) Misenas, cherished grandmother of Mikhal, Jade,
Miguel, Aaron, Jacob, Marcus and Pixel, and loving sister of Redem
Tanael, Conrado Revuelta, Cesar Revuelta, Noel Revuelta, Alita
Nebrida, Emma Labrador, Nora DeGuzman and Antonion Revuelta.
She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Private cremation was held at All Souls Cremaotry on Wednesday,
Jan. 5, followed by memorial services at Papavero Funeral Home
on Saturday, Jan. 8, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., under the direction of
Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

was the beloved wife of Gunvat R. Shah, loving mother of Pankaj,
Paresh, Chhaya and A. Kumar, cherished grandmother of Sumukh,
Priya, Ami, Tina, Harita, Anita, Jay, Sumit and PArth, and greatgrandmother
of Jhanvi, Arjun, Leon and Sydney. Funeral services

the age of 81. She was the devoted mother of Theresa and the late
Vincent Lough, and loving grandmother of Carmen and Nina Torres,

was the beloved mother of Lamyra and Antjuan, loving daughter of
Yolanda and Miguel Ramos, cherished sister of Bianca, and wife of

Home from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, followed by

the beloved husband of Linda Suwidji, loving father of Andrew
(Sophia) Suwidji and Bertha (Reza) Alwan, cherished grandfather
of Kara, Karisa and Josiah, and dear brother of Yohanna Lituraningish.
He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and
friends. He was the pastor of Indonesian Pentecostal Family Church
of Elmhurst, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at the
Indonesian Pentecostal Family Church of Elmhurst at 11:30 a.m. on
Monday, Jan. 10, followed by interment at Washington Memorial
Park, Mount Sinai, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home,
Maspeth.

and father-in-law of Stephanie and Mario, cherished gramdfather

9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Church on Thursday, Jan. 6, followed
by interment at Calvary Cemetery, under the direction of Papavero
