Reconnect With Your
Jewish Heritage
At Israel Center of Conservative Judaism
At ICCJ, we strive to excel at the three central aspects of synagogue life,
serving as a House of Prayer, a House of Gathering and a House of Study.
Our services, both on Shabbat and on holidays, seek to inspire and to
inform. Most importantly, we are dedicated to the Jewish concept of
Tikkun Olam -- the rebuilding of the world -- as we try to achieve the very
best for ourselves at ICCJ and the wider community at large.
We are fully egalitarian in our religious services, and we value our
commitment to being an inclusive, caring community. We pride
ourselves on our diverse membership that includes traditional families,
single parent families, interfaith families and same sex families belonging
to the LGBT community.
We offer a full range of exciting educational, cultural and social programs
to a wide audience. Our religious school and our youth groups have been
cited for excellence by The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism
and our recreational programs have attracted more than 300 youngsters
from all over Northeast Queens.
For membership information to join the ICCJ family, please feel free to
contact me or the synagogue office at (718) 591-5353. We look forward to
hearing from you
