When asked why she contributed 109 more toys than she needed to, Linda replied that all kids should be able to have toys to play with and she wanted to beat last year’s record of 83 donations. Rego Park/Forest Hills Lions Club holiday gift drive A group of dedicated volunteers braved cold and rainy weather last week to help wrap more than 800 gifts donated to the Lions Club of Rego Park and Forest Hills to be distributed to children, teens, residents of adult homes and rehabilitation programs, and veterans. ENGAGED Actor Tony LoBianco is celebrating this season with the announcement that he’s engaged to author Alyse Best Muldoon.
