Cops have asked for the public’s help identifying the suspect who entered the Sunny Day Nail Spa at 136-87 37th Ave. at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, and stole an unattended purse belonging to a 50-year-old female victim. The purse contained $1,300 and other miscellaneous items. The suspect is described as a male Hispanic with black hair last seen wearing a white T-shirt, gray V -neck sweater, black jacket and jeans. Predatory perp snatches elderly woman’s purse in Jackson Heights One man is wanted for robbing an unsuspecting elderly woman in Jackson Heights, according to police. The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying and tracking down the man pictured, who is wanted for grand larceny. On Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 11:45 a.m., police said, the suspect approached the 84-year-old female victim from behind a location on 80th Street. The suspect then snatched the victim’s handbag and fl ed southbound on 80th Street. Among the items in the bag were a cellphone, a MetroCard and approximately $200 in cash. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 18 to 25 years old, standing 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds; he was last seen wearing a darkcolored jacket, camoufl age pants and white sneakers. CORONA MAN ARRESTED FOR NOT PAYING $74,375 IN EZPASS TOLLS AND FEES A Corona man who was driving a truck owned by a New Jersey trucking company was arrested on Nov. 2 for racking up hundreds of violations worth $74, 375 in unpaid EZPass tolls and fees. Aaron Saguay-Gomez of 97th Street in Corona was stopped by Port Authority officer Ed Benenati at the Goethals Bridge toll plaza in Staten Island. At about 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 2, Officer Benenati saw a 2017 Red Peterbilt commercial dump truck enter a dedicated EZPass lane with no license plates. Benenati pulled Saguay-Gomez over and EZPass records confirmed that he had racked up 712 violations totaling over $74,375.00 in tolls and fees. Saguay-Gomez was charged with obstructing governmental administration, petit larceny and a license plate violation. The truck, which belongs Sinai Trucking in Newark, New Jersey, was impounded
