Police are looking for a man who felt
the need to touch himself while riding the
subway in Long Island City.
At 2:10 p.m. on Aug. 31, an unknown
man was riding on a Queens-bound
7 train. As the train approached the
Queensboro Plaza station, the man was
seen touching his genitals over his clothing
while staring at a 29-year-old female
passenger and other female passengers.
Following the incident, the suspect exited
the train at the 52nd Street station.
Th e suspect is described as a light
skinned male between the ages of 35 and
40-years-old, standing 5 feet, 9 inches to
6 feet, 1 inch tall, and weighing 180 to
200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a
white t-shirt, black tights, black and white
sneakers and he wore a green backpack.
In surveillance footage, the suspect is
seen rummaging through a bedroom
dresser in the home.

Flushing burglar hits
home and steals $3K
Cops are looking for a man who lift ed
money from a Flushing home on a Friday
aft ernoon while wearing a baseball cap
and surgical mask.
On Sept. 29 at around 1:30 p.m., an
unidentifi ed suspect broke into a residence
in the vicinity of 57th Road and
Lawrence Street and removed approximately
$3,000 in cash, according to
police. Th e suspect then fl ed the location
to parts unknown.
Th e perpetrator is described by authorities
as a male with a light complexion,
approximately 25-30, 5 foot 10 inches
tall and 185 pounds with black hair and
brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a
white shirt, dark colored jeans, blue baseball
cap, white surgical mask and black
gloves.
In surveillance footage, the suspect is

Homegrown marijuana
found in house raid
Police seized more than 70 pounds of
homegrown marijuana from a backyard
in Springfi eld Gardens during a raid last
week, law enforcement sources said on
Tuesday, Oct. 3.
Offi cers from the 113th Precinct, as
part of an investigation, executed a
search warrant at a home on 153rd Street
between Baisley Boulevard and 132nd
Avenue at 5:10 a.m. on the morning of
Sept. 26. Upon arriving, they encountered
two residents, Paul Powell, 22, and
Garfi eld Rhule, 43. Th ey were later taken
into custody.
During the search, police found 14 marijuana
plants growing alongside corn and
a fi g tree in the backyard. Th ey uprooted
the plants, which produced more than 70
pounds of pot.
Law enforcement agents also seized
various quantities of ammunition fi tting
.22-caliber, .45-caliber and .357-caliber
weapons. Cops also found Powell in possession
of numerous forged credit cards;
Rhule was also found to have in his possession
a gravity knife.
Powell and Rhule were taken into custody
and charged with criminal possession
of marijuana. Powell was additionally
charged with possession of a forged
instrument, while Rhule was also booked
on a weapons possession charge.
Deputy Inspector Jerry O’Sullivan,
commanding offi cer of the 113th Precinct,
took to Twitter to congratulate the precinct’s
Anti-Crime Team for their eff orts.
Queens man busted as
LI tire & rim thief
An alleged thief from Queens who
was busted aft er getting into a fi ght with
a car owner in Nassau County has been
linked to 13 tire-and-rim theft s on the
county’s borderline, police reported.
Benjamin Camille, 24, of 230th Street
was arrested on Sept. 23 in Elmont,
according to authorities. He faces
charges including fi rst-degree auto
stripping, third-degree grand larceny
and 13 counts of fourth-degree grand
larceny.
At around 5:45 a.m., Nassau County
Police responded to a 911 disturbance
call on Home Street, where authorities
discovered Camille struggling with a
male victim, 41, inside of a Honda Civic.
Responding offi cers were able to subdue
Camille and determine that the suspect
had removed four tires and rims
from the victim’s 2017 Honda Accord
and placed them into the trunk of his
Honda Civic. He was placed under
arrest at the scene.
Upon further investigation, authorities
were able to link Camille with
thirteen separate tire and rim theft s
in Nassau County spanning the
months of September, August and July.
Concentrated in the Elmont area, the
suspect solely targeted Honda Accord
models.
Camille was arraigned at the First
District Court in Hempstead on Sept.
24.
