Rabbi/Cantor Josh Lissauer will be conducting our
Slechot, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur High Holiday
services. In addition, he will be conducting Sukkot,
Shemini Atzeret, Simchat Torah and several Shabbat
services throughout the year. His reputation and
talents are well known for his outstanding Cantorial
services.
Tickets are available and membership is required.
New members receive two free tickets for the first
year of membership.

Summer Garden Concerts
Sunday, August 29 3:00- 5:00pm - (notice time difference) "Twin Gold"- a
favorite at the Institute - performing the music of the 50s and 60s. Suggested
Donation- $10.00
Sunday, September 5th 3:00-5:00pm (notice time difference) - “Petty
Rumours” - a Tom Petty and Fleetwood Mac tribute band (check them out on
YouTube - they're amazing). Suggested donation - $10.00
• Space is limited so reserve your space early
• Raffles - Ice Cream - Beverages and Historic books well be sold
• During Intermission historic tours of the facility will be conducted.
September 11 1:00pm - Remembering 9/11 Twenty Years Later
Please join us as we remember and honor those lost on that 2001 September
morning. Program will include vocalist Mary Courtney of Morning Star;
vocalist, Zachary Mandarach; the Tarumi Violinists and dramatic readings.
If weather permits this program will be held in the garden. Otherwise it will be
held in the Grand Hall on the second floor. Guests will have access to the
elevator. Admission - Free
Programs are funded in part with public finds from New York City dept. of Cultural Affairs, New
York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation and One Point of Light Foundation
