WEATHERIZATION SERVICES BID
THROUGH HANAC INC.
Hellenic America Neighboorhood Action Committee Inc. (HANAC INC.), will be bidding out
the work for the DOE/PVE and HEAP contracts for the year 2021-2022.
HANAC INC., is a non-profit community based organization, which provides Weatherization
Services in small and multiple dwelling buildings in the Northern Queens area.
The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, the
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and is locally administered and funded by the
NYS Home and Community Renewal (HCR).
HANAC, Inc. Is seeking experienced heating contractors to clean and tune, repair, replacement and
upgrading of heating systems.
Heating contractors should be aware that weatherization services will be performed on both small unit homes
and multifamily buildings.
HANAC, Inc.encourages active participation of minority and women owned business (MWBE) and
