A swindler robbed a sleeping
straphanger near the Neptune
Avenue train station on Oct. 13.
The victim told police that he
woke up aboard an F train near
W. Sixth Street at 4 am, and found
that his right pocket slashed open
and his wallet missing.
The thief attempted to charge
the victim’s bankcard at Metro
PCS and the Bowling Green
MTA, but the card was declined,
according to police.
Hallway bully
A bandit mugged a man in the
hallway of his W. Second Street
apartment building on Oct. 10.
The victim told police the thief
approached him in the apartment
building near Shore Parkway at 6
pm, before hitting him in the ribs
and forcibly grabbing his wallet.
Home invasion
A gun-wielding home-invader
nabbed $250 from a man inside
his Neptune Avenue home on Oct.
11
The victim told police that
the bandit followed him into his
house near W. 35th Street at 7:40
am, and held him up for the cash
at gunpoint.
Gaming heist
A pilferer swiped $1,565 worth
of property from a W. 11th Street
home between Oct. 12 and 13.
The victim told police that the
purloiner snagged jewelry, along
with a Playstation 4 and Xbox 360
while the apartment near Avenue
V was vacant between between
5 pm and 1:30 am the following
day.
Cell snatcher
Police arrested a man for allegedly
pickpocketing a sleeping
train passenger at Stillwell Avenue
station on Oct. 12.
Patrolling officers observed
the man allegedly snagging a
Samsung Galaxy S9 from the
sleeping victim at the station
near Surf Avenue at 4:15 am.
Police arrested the man on
scene and slapped him with felony
larceny charges.

purse on Ocean Avenue Oct. 13.
The victim told police that the
thief knocked her to the ground
near Avenue R at and snatched

A home invader looted $11,200
from an Ocean Avenue home on
Oct. 13.
The victim told police that
the weasel snuck into the home
on Avenue R at around 2 am
through a second floor window
and snatched assorted jewelry
and two safes.

Narcotic nogoodnik
A man allegedly injured several
police officers while they
were arresting him on 17th Avenue
on Oct. 12.
Cops say that they were trying
to apprehend the defendant
for an alleged theft between Bath
and Benson avenues at 7:50 am
when he fought back, attacking
the cops — and dropping several
items of narcotics.
Jewelry jerk
A looter stole $1,500 and jewelry
from a house on 16th Avenue
on Oct. 5.
The victim said that the crook
entered the house between 66th
and 65th streets at 9 pm, and stole
$1,500 in cash and $1,000 worth of
jewelry.
Violent crime
A lout hit a man in the head
and took his cellphone, wallet,
and glasses on 64th Street on Oct.
9.
The victim told police that he
was between 14th and 15th avenues
at 3:30 am when the ruffian
approached him from behind
and hit him on the head before
making off with his cellphone,
glasses, and his wallet.
Elder abuse
A brute punched a 73-year-old
man in the head on 83rd Street on
Oct. 13.
The victim told police that he
was smoking on the corner of
83rd Street and 18th Avenue at
12:15 pm when the young man
came and punched him in the
head, causing him to fall and suffer
a laceration to the back of his
head.

A bandit stole a chain from a
man on East 55th Street on Oct.
7.
The dirtbag approached the
victim near Fillmore Avenue at
approximately 11:40 am before
grabbing the necklace and fleeing
in a silver SUV.
Window smasher
A pilferer looted a car on E. 59
Place on Oct. 12.
The victim told police that he
left the car between Strickland
and Mill avenues at around 4:40
am and returned 10 minutes later
to find the car broken into and
$2,250 worth of items missing.
The crook fled the scene in a
White Ford Econoline, according
to police.
Macy’s marauder
Police arrested a man for allegedly
shoplifting at an Avenue
U shopping mall on Oct. 11.
An employee told police that
the suspect attempted to flee
the store near E. 52nd Street at
around 7 pm with more than
$1,300 worth of clothing.
Police arrived on the scene and
cuffed the man no felony grand
larceny charges, according to police
reports.

Road jerk
A reckless driver sideswiped a
car on Eighth Avenue on Oct. 7.
The victim told police that she
was driving near Seventh Street
when a black sedan bumped into
her, before the offending driver
took off when the victim took a
picture of her license plate.

A jerk stole a bike from 13th
Street on Oct. 6.
The victim told police he left
his bike locked up outside near
Sixth Avenue at around 2 pm, but
the thief nabbed the bike before
he returned.
Bra bandit
A thief shoplifted from a Flatbush
Avenue brassiere store on
Oct. 8.
A store employee told police
that the bandit entered the store
neat Atlantic Avenue at around
1 pm and made off with around
$283.50 worth of shoes, accessories,
and women’s underwear.

A pilferer robbed a straphanger

station on Oct. 10.
The victim told police that the
thief snatched her necklace and
ran off the R train at the station

Police arrested a man for allegedly
selling MetroCard swipes
using a fraudulent card at the
50th Street station on Oct. 14.
The suspect allegedly had
multiple cards that were manipulated
to open the turnstiles without
paying the fare near 12th Avenue
at around 9 pm.
Police arrested the man on
scene, according to police reports.

A lout robbed a woman at the
45th Street train station on Oct.
13.
The victim told police that
the filcher grabbed the woman
and stole her wallet while the
train pulled into the station near

while the raider stayed aboard,

The victim told cops he left his
