The newcomers include Coffee Tossy, a gorgeous coffee shop featuring house-roasted coffee beans, gelato and chocolates; Boon by Moldova, the first Moldovan restaurant in Queens; Pelicana Chicken, a Korean fried chicken restaurant originally based in Flushing and Ida’s Nearabout, a beautiful new bar serving craft cocktails and an extensive tap selection.
