The building, to be located at 42-50 27th St. after an auto repair shop is demolished, will total 24,859 square feet, according to plans filed with the Department of Buildings (DOB). The first floor will house one unit, the second floor will house three-units and floors three through nine will each include four units. According to published reports, the first floor will also include a lobby, seven indoor parking spaces and space for residents to park their bicycles. The second flood will have an outdoor recreation area totaling 1,460 square feet. AMG LLC, a Flushing-based real estate firm, is developing the site while MY Architect is designing the project.
