 PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
 BY STANLEY
 R. GREENBERG, CPA
We have been having beautiful weather
this summer so far and I hope everyone
 is enjoying the swimming pools.
Keep in mind we are mid-way through
the summer with just over a month left
to go so get out and enjoy the amenities.
 Financial:
 The 12 months ending June 30, 2021
 (budgeted versus actual) showed total
 revenues of $ 19,369,937 (101%) of the
 budgeted amount of $19,168,137 and
total expenses of $17,235,613 (90%) of
the budgeted amount of $19,168,137 as
reported by our accountants. The positive
variance is due to the overall savings
 from the loan refinancing.
 Cement Work:
Building #9 and #19 have been completed
this year with Building #15 being
currently worked on. The next building
will be B#31 and after that there will be
5 buildings remaining to complete the
project. We may try to do an
 additional building this year
 if time permits.
 Parking Lot Resealing:
As you read this, we will be
in the process of resealing all parking
lots which is done every 2-3 years
to maintain the integrity of the blacktop.
Please review the schedule carefully to
make sure you are aware of the date they
 are working on your lot.
 Social Programs:
 We are still having
 ongoing social programs
 in addition to the pool
 party that was held on
 July 31st. There have been
activities for the children and, of
course, the playground with swings is
still a bit hit with the children.
Once again, I would like to thank all
residents for their continued support and
hope that you enjoy the remainder of the
 summer season.
 LE HAVRE EXCLUSIVE SPECTRUM
 BULK PROGRAM IS HERE!
 BY CRYSTAL CHILTON, BOARD
 MEMBER
As a member of the Le Havre Board
of Directors, I would like to share the
 email below from shareholder Tony
Scro.about the new Le Havre Spectrum
 Bulk Package:
I wanted to give many thanks to
 LeHavre Management and the Board
for negotiating that unbelievable $80 a
month bulk package deal with Spectrum/
Onward. As an existing Spectrum customer,
my savings comes to over $100
per month plus three additional premium
channels. And no increases for three
years is amazing! If the average savings
is $100 per month for at least 650 residents,
   that would account for $780,000
per year in savings, In three years, that
 savings would become $2,340,000!
 Hopefully, our members appreciate the
 results that this relationship produced.
Please share this letter with anyone
 you wish.
 Regards,
 Tony Scro
