PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
BY STANLEY R. GREENBERG, CPA
I hope everyone is coping well during this pandemic
disaster. You can rest assured that Management and the
Board of Directors are keeping up to date on any new
information that is disseminated from the government.
Notifications will be distributed to all residents if any
new facts become available.
In the past we have distributed guidelines to stay safe
and healthy and I will devote the rest of my article to
remind people of those important facts again.
Preventative Measures:
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
• Use hand sanitizer when soap and water is not
available.
• Stay home as much as possible and only go out if
extremely necessary.
• Practice social distancing (do not congregate and

remain at least 6 feet away from other individuals).
• Cover your mouth when going outdoors.
• Younger adults need to follow the preventive measures
just as much as adults as they can be carriers.
If you have tested positive:
• If you are experiencing symptoms of the COVID-
19, you must self- quarantine (do not leave your
apartment whatsoever except for a required medical
appointment).
• It is absolutely imperative that you self-quarantine
until you are cleared by a medical professional.
• If you live in a multi-person household, all residents
in the household must abide by the quarantine,
even if one person does not exhibit symptoms of the
virus.
• Affected individuals, or anyone living with an
affected person, cannot utilize the common areas in
any way. (Upon notification of
a problem, arrangements will
be made with you to have your
garbage picked up from your door).
• You must report your condition to the Management
office in an effort to protect yourself and your neighbors.
• It is recommended that you advise neighbors and
anyone else that you may have been in close contact
with, in recent times.
• Do not permit anyone into your apartment unless
there is an emergency.
I want to thank all residents for their continued
cooperation during these trying times. It is my hope
that, by everyone following the preventative measures
carefully, we will see the light at the end of the tunnel
sooner rather than later.
WE DELIVER!
