PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
BY STANLEY R. GREENBERG, CPA
As usual, I always open up my article with a comment
on the weather, so I feel that we are looking to warmer
weather and no more snow for the balance of the winter.
I hope I am right!
Spectrum Bulk Video & Bulk Internet Access
Service:

Onboard RS to take care of the advertising and marketing
for Spectrum services. All questions should be
addressed directly to Onboard, who are qualified to give
you the correct information.
1. They can be reached by email at info@letsonboard.
com
2. Call them at (315) 873-2223, or
3. Chat with a representative via live chat at
onboardtoday.com/lehavre.
We ask that you please do not call the Management
office with inquiries.
Financial Summary:
The 7 months ending January 31, 2021 (budgeted
versus actual) showed total revenues of $10,431,027
(54.42%) of the budgeted amount of $19,168,187 and
total expenses of $10,160,895 (53.00%) of the budgeted
amount of $19,168,137 as reported by our accountants.
The positive variance is due to the overall savings from
the mortgage refinancing and reduction in operating
expenses, however, the colder season will experience a
rise in the utilities expense.
Playground Refurbishment:
The installation of the new playground equipment
will commence towards the end of March, weather permitting.
We expect the playground will be opening by
the end of March or the beginning of April, as weather
permits.
Avo:
The Avo food delivery service has begun and to date
we have had positive feedback on it. I personally have
utilized the service and
find the quality of their
products to be above average.
The service is excellent
and their customer service is
very responsive to any issues that
might arise with orders and delivery. If interested, you
can check out their website: LEHAVRE.AVONOW.
COM .
Masks:
This is a reminder that Covid is still with us so we
ask residents to please wear a mask / face covering
in all of the common areas of the building (hallways,
laundry rooms, stairways, elevator, lobby and in the
portico area under the building).
Once again, I would like to thank all residents for their
continued support.
