Hopefully, by the time you read this the weather will have improved a little bit. We hope for the best and that there will be no snow this winter! I hope that everyone had a joyous holiday season and a Happy & Healthy New Year to all. Regarding the operations at Le Havre, I am happy to report that everything is going very smoothly at this time. We just started our LED lighting upgrade project on the first five buildings and we expect to be finished with the entire project approximately one month from now. Since we are right now in our winter season, basically, there are no other projects being conducted but, as we get into spring, we will be commencing some projects which I will elaborate on in future articles. As promised in my last article I am hoping to have a meeting of Building Captains before the end of January. Financial: The 5 months ending November 30, 2015 (budgeted versus actual) showed revenues of $6,722,640 (41.22%) of the budgeted amount of $16,310,670 and total expenses of $6,012,106 (38.64%) of the budgeted amount of $15,561,124 as reported by our accountants.
