This year’s Dyke March, an non-permitted
event held the afternoon before
the Pride March, was the largest
I’ve ever witnessed — about three
times the typical size. Rain put a damper on
things for about 20 minutes at the top, but then
the sky improved and a spirited march from
Bryant Park to Washington Square Park ensued.
It all ended with a romp in the fountain
in Washington Square.

after a spirited march.
