Prioritize public education by reducing class sizes and taking on
the Department of Education when they shortchange Queens
Elizabeth delivered 6,000 new public-school seats in the most
crowded school district in New York City, and she will fight
to increase Queens’ fair share of school funding, including
resources for arts, music, sports, and technology programs.
Stand with our first responders and frontline workers
and fight for Queens’ fair share of resources to help us
get through the COVID-19 pandemic by securing the
funding to reduce emergency response times, increasing
hospital beds, and supporting hazard pay for our local heroes.
