Re: It’s Been a Tough Year…

The Cryder Point Board of Directors and Management would like to wish all of our
residents a safe, happy and healthy holiday season.
But first, we want to thank you all for being such great residents throughout this difficult
time--from contributing to our food drives, to lending a helping hand to neighbors, to
abiding by all the annoying Covid health rules.
It’s been a year of tremendous pain for many--from personal family losses, to loved
ones we’re unable to be with at this time, to the loss of one of our own staff, Francisco
Canarte, who passed away from Covid this past spring.
We have been unable to get together in the Community Room, or have meetings as we
normally would, or host our popular kids’ events. We won’t be able to have the kids’
Holiday Party this month or our annual New Year’s Brunch in January.
Experts say it will be a tough winter—as if we haven’t already had enough. But we have
to hang in and be patient and diligent while we look forward to returning to some level
of normalcy soon. And we hope, as we’re sure you all do, for a better 2021 for everyone.
