Yes • How many years have you been a Cryder Point Shareholder? 10 • Are you currently a resident? Yes Please explain why you are seeking election to the Board of Directors. I have been on the board since 2010 and have focused on the financial aspects of operations. Even though big projects are finally behind us, there are still financial matters to address. Please list any interests, talent, education or experience you possess that you feel would serve as an asset to the Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of Directors. I have been a tax preparer for seventeen years and a Certified Financial Planner for more than thirty years. I have a head for numbers and analysis, which are where my strengths lay as a Board Member. What changes would you like to see made at Cryder Point, and why? I would push to see reserve fund replenishment be a standard practice for all Cryder Point boards. There are still some small jobs (by terrace project standards), that we must address, which will be paid for by the reserve fund. To maintain our standing as a healthy Co-op, we must replenish the reserve fund every time it gets drawn down. NAME: RICHARD GREENBAUM BUILDING/APARTMENT #21/5R OCCUPATION: Information Technology Consultant • Does your occupation require extensive travel? No • Do you spend more than one (1) month a year away? No • Are you available for at least ten (10) of the twelve (12) monthly evening meetings? Yes • How many years have you been a Cryder Point Shareholder? 22 • Are you currently a resident? Yes Please explain why you are seeking election to the Board of Directors. I have served on the Board for a few years. My priorities continue to be: openness and communication to shareholders, fiscal responsibility and limiting maintenance increases, prudent long term planning, and enhancing the quality of life at Cryder Point. Please list any interests, talent, education or experience you possess that you feel would serve as an asset to the Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of Directors. I have a BS in quantitative business analysis and regularly work in developing business related IT systems from accounting to operations management. I also ran a small manufacturing company for 15 years where I dealt with mechanical and electrical engineering challenges. What changes would you like to see made at Cryder Point, and why? Now that several major capital projects are done, we can turn our attention to other issues such as establishing a physical fitness facility, more effective use of the community room, a separate and more efficient hot water system possibly including solar electricity, using technology to better balance and distribute steam heat, and improving the process for addressing and resolving noise and other complaints. NAME: MINNA J. COHEN BUILDING/APARTMENT #21/3O OCCUPATION: Teacher • Does your occupation require extensive travel? No • Do you spend more than one (1) month a year away? No • Are you available for at least ten (10) of the twelve (12) monthly evening meetings? Yes • How many years have you been a Cryder Point Shareholder? 12 years • Are you currently a resident? Yes Please explain why you are seeking election to the Board of Directors. I am a current member of the Board of Directors and have been on the Board for three years. Please list any interests, talent, education or experience you possess that you feel would serve as an asset to the Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of Directors. I am a Teacher/Coordinator and work with many Community Organizations in partnership with my school community. As a member of the Board of Directors we consider the impact of infrastructure and Quality of Life projects as they effect the entire Cryder Point Community. I have attended planning sessions as a Board Member where financial situations effecting all of us are discussed. My overriding consideration is foremost to maintain the integrity of our beautiful Cryder Point and to remain fiscally conservative and responsible to all shareholders. We all live together and the long term value of our homes, safety and quality of life needs to be preserved for future generations. What changes would you like to see made at Cryder Point, and why? Changes are continuing with ongoing projects to see our grounds restored to their flowering beauty and to maintain safety of our community. This is done by a constant evaluation of needs (i.e. lighting for the footpaths/new buzzer systems and keys for our front doors). My interests as a Board Member and Shareholder are exactly the same. Those are to maintain Cryder Point as a premier location to live with a warm and caring community working as a unit. I am receptive to all suggestions for improving our infrastructure, grounds, and general well-being for all families. It is important that the current Board of Directors work seamlessly to effectively continue our work.
