A happening month at Cryder Point As you’ll see on the calendar on page 10, spring arrives on the 21st…as does our Shareholders’ Meeting to update residents on the Terrace Project. It’s been a long wait for all of us for the work to resume, and we’re confident we will be getting the best work at the best price. To be sure that everyone’s informed of what’s happening we’ve included a Terrace Update in this issue for anyone who can’t attend the meeting. In other news, the QLC invited Deanna Eble, an attorney who specializes in estate planning, as guest speaker on March 5th, and the event was a great success. The committee is also organizing the upcoming Children’s Easter Egg Hunt on March 23rd, and we’re sure all of the Cryder Point kids (and their parents!) will have a great time. Thanks to the QLC for their ongoing community initiatives, and in the spirit of community, they’re asking for your feedback. Please see their list of proposed activities in this issue, and let them know what events you’d like to have here at Cryder Point. Finally, thanks to all residents who have registered their storage unit with the Office. This has gone a long way toward clarifying availability, and the Office will be able to address residents’ storage requests soon. That about wraps it up for now.
