 If you’ve been struggling to pay your rent due to the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,   
 the New York State Emergency Rental Assistance Program may be able to help with up to   
 12 months of past due rent, 3 months of future rent, and up to 12 months of overdue utility bills.
