bringing joy and happiness to
the children of Brooklyn.
In an Instagram post, Minister
Jackson said: “The foundation
is meant to inspire innercity
youth to do just what the
name states, ‘shoot for the
stars,’ and help urban youth
everywhere turn their pain into
champagne by making their
dreams a reality.”
Driven told Caribbean Life
that the mothers of fellow rappers
XXXtentacion and King
Von, Cleo Benard and Natasha
Chambers, respectively, support
Minister Jackson’s quest to
bring awareness to the cause.
“They came out earlier in
the week to participate in a
captivating event appropriately
deemed ‘Conversations from
the Couch,’” Driven said. “The
intimate affair concluded with
a ‘Meet and Greet’ hosted by
Pop Smoke’s mother at Brooklyn
Estates,” it said.
“She spoke about giving kids
an opportunity to be creative
and supporting their vision,” it
added.
“He made music not only for
the kids in his neighborhood
but around the world to inspire
them to dream big regardless of
their situation,” Minister Jackson

held on Nov. 29 in St. Elizabeth.
“The entertainer turned
himself in to the Black River
police in St. Elizabeth on New

“He initially pleaded not

In court on Monday, the
Crown dropped the charge
