The 36th annual Throggs Neck ‘Halloween
Carnival and Costume Contest’ was held
on Saturday, October 26, on Throgs Neck
Boulevard, outside the Throgs Neck Little
League Field. The event, presented by Assemblyman
Michael Benedetto and Councilman
Mark Gjonaj, included free raffl es, face
painting, music, popcorn, candy, bounce
rides, spin art, games, Build-a-Bear and a
costume contest with prizes.
