40th Precinct
On Monday, June 8, 2020 at 12:20
p.m., inside the Jerome Avenue and East
149th Street Grand Concourse subway
station, a 53-year-old male victim was
walking on the platform when he became
involved in a verbal dispute with
two unidentifi ed males.
The proceeded to punch the victim
about the body, before removing his
backpack containing a cell phone and
jewelry.
The victim sustained minor injuries
and was transported by EMS to an area
hospital.
On Monday, June 22 at approximately
11:00 a.m. outside of a bodega t 512A Willis
Ave, a 28-year-old male victim was
exiting the store when several males
proceeded to punch the victim about the
body and face.
The males fl ed the location in unknown
direction with a cell phone. The
victim was treated at Lincoln Hospital
for facial injuries requiring surgery.
On Saturday, July 18 at approximately
1:12 a.m. in front of 510 East 156th
Street, one individual approached and
distracted a 35-year-old male victim.
Once the victim was distracted, a
second individual came from behind
and pulled the victim’s wheel chair from
underneath him.
While on the ground, the victim was
kicked in the face and the males search
the victim’s pockets but did not remove
any property. The males fl ed in unknown
direction.
41st Precinct
An unidentifi ed male individual
approached a 24-year-old female uniformed
offi cer assigned to the 41 Precinct
on Thursday, June 4 8:42 p.m., opposite
of 831 Dawson Street while the
offi cer was attempting to enforce the established
curfew.
The individual became irate, picked
up a metal folding chair, and struck the
offi cer on the head and arm.
The offi cer sustained a laceration to
the head, and bruising to the left forearm.
The female offi cer was removed to
NYC Health & Hospitals/Lincoln in stable
condition.
The individual then fl ed on foot to
parts unknown.
The individual sought for questioning
is described as a male, dark complexion,
approximately 30-years-old, 6’1 tall,
with black hair and brown eyes; he was
last seen wearing ripped jean shorts, a
black t-shirt with a white decal in front
and gold and white sneakers.
42nd Precinct
On Sunday, July 5 at approximately
6:30 hours in front of 963 Prospect Avenue,
a 20-year-old female victim left her
wallet inside of a taxi.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation,
an unidentifi ed male was captured
on surveillance inside a liquor store at
171 Malcolm X Blvd making unauthorized
transactions on the victims debit
card.
43rd Precinct
The NYPD is asking for the public’s
assistance in locating 17-year old Elder
Avenue resident Jahnesiah St. Bernard,
who was last seen at her residence on
Thursday, March 26 at 11 p.m.
She is described as a black female,
5’4” and 200 pounds and was last seen
wearing a yellow jacket, dark grey
sweatpants and blue sneakers.
The NYPD is seeking the public’s
assistance in locating 39-year-old John
Martinez, who was last seen at his residence
of 1960 East Tremont Avenue on
Thursday, March 26 at 6 p.m. .
He is described as being 5’9” and
weighing 200 pounds with brown eyes
and black hair. He was last seen wearing
a blue jacket, blue jeans and black
sneakers.
44th Precinct
It was reported to police that on Saturday,
May 16, at 07:35 a.m. on the stairs
leading to the elevated Manhattanbound
Morrison Avenue 6 train station,
the victim, a 35-year-old male, was approached
from behind by an unidentifi
ed male who grabbed the victim’s neck
chain.
A struggle ensued and the unidentifi
ed male and victim fell down several
stairs, and the unidentifi ed male became
separated from his sweatshirt.
The unidentifi ed male ultimately
relieved the victim of his chain, which
was valued at $3,400. The unidentifi ed
male fl ed to the rear passenger side of
a grey Nissan, which proceeded southbound
on Morrison Avenue.
On Saturday, June 20 at 1:50 a.m. in
front of 150 East 174th Street, a 45-year
old male victim was approached on the
street by two unidentifi ed males who
displayed fi rearms and demanded his
property.
The males removed $4,300 from the
victim’s pocket and fl ed the location in a
gray Nissan sedan northbound on Morris

Avenue. The victim was not injured
as a result of this incident.
45th Precinct
The missing 33-year-old man Kareem
Poller was last seen Saturday, April
25, 2020 at approximately 1505 hours inside
2061 Bartow Avenue.
He is described as male Black, approximately
5 7 , 240lbs with brown eyes
and black hair.
Poller was last seen wearing a blue
jacket, blue baseball cap, black jeans,
brown sweater and black sneakers.
An 30-year-old off duty FDNY EMT
Justin Fotis was arrested for operating
a motor vehicle with over .08% of
alcohol intoxication, driving while ability
impaired, and for refusing to take a
breathalyzer test on Tuesday, May 12,
2020 at 11:29 p.m.
It was reported to police that on Monday
June 1 at approximately 10:20 p.m.
at a 7 Eleven at 500 Baychester Avenue,
fi ve males and one female gained entry
into the location by breaking the front
glass door.
Once inside, the individuals removed
an undetermined amount of cell phone
charges, cigarettes and cigars.
The individuals fl ed the scene inside
of red 4-door sedan and a gray 4-door sedan.
46th Precinct
The two males then removed the victim’s
jewelry which consisted of a two
chains and bracelet, then both fl ed on
foot to parts unknown.
The victim’s property had an estimated
value of $1,000.
The two individuals are described as
male, in their 20’s-30’s. Both were last
seen wearing all dark clothing.
47th Precinct
Police responded to a 911 call of a
male assaulted inside 801 Chestnut Avenue
at 7:36 a.m. on Saturday, April 4.
Upon arrival, police discovered
23-year-old male Lloyd Hill unconscious
and unresponsive with stab wounds to
the torso in his home.
EMS responded and transported the
him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi
where he was pronounced dead.
A 17-year-old male was arrested and
charged with murder in the second degree,
manslaughter and criminal possession
of a weapon.
48th Precinct
Police responded to a 911 call of an
unconscious male inside of 1998 Clinton
Avenue on at about 10:07 a.m. Monday
April 6.
Upon arrival, responding offi cers
discovered an unconscious and unresponsive
22-year-old male Javon Sealy
inside of the location believed to be his
home.
EMS also responded to the scene and
pronounced him deceased.
Police later deemed the incident as
a homicide as the investigation continues.
49th Precinct
It was reported to police that on
Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 7:20 p.m. in
the vicinity of the East 180th Street
subway station on the #5 line, two victims,
a 34-year old male and a 17-year old
male were riding aboard a northbound
#5 train when three unknown males
boarded the train and demanded the
victim’s property.
When the victims refused the three
males began to punch and kick the two
victims causing pain, bruising and
minor lacerations about the head and
body.
One of the three individuals removed
a cell phone from the 34-year old male
victim and fl ed the train at the Gun Hill
Road Station on foot to parts unknown.
EMS responded and transported
both victims to Jacobi hospital in stable
condition. The cell phone had an estimated
value of $400.
The three individuals are described
as Black males, late teens to early 20’s.
50th Precinct
It was reported to police that an unidentifi
ed male removed the 14-year-old
male victim’s BMX bicycle which was
parked at his residence in the vicinity of
West 238 Street and Cannon Place at 8:50
a.m. on Monday, April 13.
The male fl ed in unknown direction
with the property.
52nd Precinct
On Monday, July 20, 2020 at approximately
11:44 p.m., police responded to a 911
call of a male shot in front of 3340 Decatur
Avenue.
Upon arrival, offi cers observed a
24-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive,
with a gunshot wound to the
back. EMS responded to the location and
transported the victim to Montefi ore Hospital,
where he was pronounced deceased.
There are no arrests and the investigation
remains ongoing.
