Bronx Tax Man and Capital Shield Agency are open as an Essential Service listed on the Executive
Order of Governor Cuomo. As your local Accountants and Insurance Agents, we are being diligent in cleaning
our office, washing our hands and keeping a safe distance from everyone. Your Safety and the Safety
of our staff is important to us.
Due to Social Distancing of six feet, we are limited to space, so we are suggesting you drop off your
taxes and we will get them ready for you to come back and sign. You will be in and out to of our office
quickly to minimize your time out of your home.
If you haven’t filed your taxes yet, don’t worry, The Internal Revenue Service has extended the deadline
to July 15th, so you will have plenty of time to file. However, we know many are unemployed now and may
be financially hurting. If you need your tax refund, we are here to help you get them filed quickly and accurately.

Senior Citizens who can’t leave your home for any reason, we offer a pick up and drop off service. We
will make an appointment with you at your convenience to come pick up your papers and then we will drop
them back to you when ready to be signed.
Business Owners in need of submitting Grant or Loan Applications, call us for a consultation to see if you
will qualify for any of the federal, state or city programs being offered. We want to help small business get

Insurance clients, you can call in payments over the phone. If you are struggling to make your insurance
payment we can communicate with the insurance company on your behalf to see if they will delay your payment
or maybe take less of a payment until things get better for you. We cannot make any guarantees, but
