40th Precinct
It was reported to the police that on Sunday,
December 6 at approximately 5:13 p.m., a
63-year-old female victim was approached by an
unidentified male in front of 3012 Third Avenue.
The unidentified male approached the
63-year-old female from behind, forced her to the
ground, dragged her on the ground and forcibly
removed her purse from her person.
As a result, the victim sustained abrasions
and bruises to her arms, legs, and hands. She
refused medical attention at the scene. The unidentified
male fled with the purse southbound on
Third Avenue.
The victim’s purse contained approximately
$20 and bank and identification cards.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, December
12, 2020 at approximately 11:55 a.m., a
59-year-old male victim and a 58-year-old female
victim were sitting on board the northbound 6 line
at the 3rd Avenue/138th Street subway station,
when an unidentified male individual approached
the female and spit at her.
As the male victim was getting up, the individual
then grabbed him around the neck with
his arm, placed him in a headlock position while
punching him in the head and face. The individual
then fled towards top side to parts unknown.
The male victim was transported to NYC
Health & Hospital/Lincoln for his minor injuries in
stable condition. There were no other injuries reported
as a result of this incident.
41st Precinct
In December, it was reported to police that on
Monday, August 19 in the vicinity of Spofford Avenue
Barretto Street, at approximately 9:20 p.m. a
19-year old female victim was in her building lobby
when an unknown male individual approached
from behind, displayed a knife and pushed the
victim to the ground.
The male then attempted to forcibly remove
the victim’s purse but was unsuccessful and fled
the location on foot without any property being
removed from the victim. The victim was not reported
injured during this incident.
The individual is described to be between 20
to 30 years in age.
On Saturday, December 12, 2020 at approximately
11:00 p.m., a 35-year-old male victim was
on a northbound 6 train approaching the 138th
Street subway station when an unidentified male
punched him with a closed fist multiple times in
the face.
The unidentified male fled the train at the
Longwood Avenue subway station to parts unknown.
The victim was removed by EMS to Bronx Lebanon
Hospital to be treated for a broken nose.
On Wednesday, December 16 at approximately
2:40 a.m. in front of 869 East 149 Street, an unidentified
male engaged in a verbal dispute with a
30-year-old male victim.
The unknown individual proceeded to display
a black firearm and threaten the victim, demanding
his cell phone and money.
After removing his Samsung cell phone and
$100 cash, the individual chased the victim and
fired one gunshot, striking him in the buttocks.
The individual fled northbound on Timpson Place.

The victim was brought to Lincoln Hospital, in
stable condition.
The individual is described as a light-skinned
adult male, approximately 5 foot 11 inches tall,
weighing from 160 to 180 lbs, and was last seen
wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, red Chicago
Bulls jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
It was reported to police that on Monday, December
21 at approximately 1:10 a.m., inside a
residential building located in the vicinity of East
167 and Tiffany Street, a 46-year-old male victim
was in his residence when he heard a noise from
outside his building.
The individual looked out his window and observed
three individuals in a parked car rocking
back and forth attempting to get out of the snow,
coming close to striking his vehicle.
The victim went down to confront the individuals,
when a verbal argument ensued which escalated
into a physical encounter with both parties
going inside the victim’s building, upon which an
individual displayed a gun and fired at the victim,
striking him in the left foot, before the individual
fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
EMS responded to the location and transported
the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where
he was treated and released.
42nd Precinct
It was reported to police that on Wednesday,
December 2, inside of a deli located at 761 East
169 Street, at approximately 6:15 a.m., a 22-year
old male store employee was approached by an
unknown male individual who displayed a firearm
and removed money from the cash register.
The store employee struggled with the unknown
male and the unknown male struck the
victim in the back of the head numerous times
causing a laceration.
The unknown male removed approximately
$7 dollars from the cash register and fled on foot
to parts unknown.
The victim refused medical attention.
It was reported to police in December that on
November 1 at approximately 1:57 a.m., inside
of 3952 Third Avenue, the individual gained entry
into one of the building management office’s
rooms by forcing open the door. Once inside, the
individual removed a laptop and subsequently
fled the scene on foot.
The individual is described as a dark-skinned
male who wore a blue baseball cap with the letters
“KC” on the front, a red jacket, a blue hooded
sweater, gray sweatpants and blue sneakers.
43rd Precinct
Police are investigating a robbery pattern
which has been happening since November into
December.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday,
November 18, at 8:15 p.m. hours, at the intersection
of Gleason Avenue and Leland Avenue, a 29-
year old male victim was walking down the street
when he was approached by an unknown male individual
who brandished a black firearm and demanded
his property.
The individual forcibly removed the victim’s
backpack and fled the location to parts unknown.
The victim’s property consisted of personal items
with an estimated value of $50. No injuries were
reported in this incident.
It was then reported to police that on Sunday,
November 22, at 6:00 p.m., at the intersection of
Saint Raymond Avenue and Castle Hill Avenue, a
24-year old male victim was walking down the
street when he was approached by an unknown
male individual who brandished a black firearm
and demanded his property. The individual forcibly
removed the victim’s backpack and cell phone
and fled the location to parts unknown. The victim’s
property had a combined estimated value of
$700. No injuries were reported in this incident.
Another incident was reported happened on
Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in
the vicinity of 1920 McGraw Avenue, a 51-year old
male victim was walking down the street when he
was approached by an unknown male individual
who brandished a black firearm and demanded
his property.
The individual forcibly removed the victim’s
wallet and fled the location to parts unknown.
The victim’s property consisted of cash and identification
with an estimated value of $900. No injuries
were reported in this incident.
It was then reported to police that on Friday,
November 27, at midnight in the vicinity of
11 Hugh J. Grant Circle, a 26-year old male victim
was walking down the street when he was
approached by an unknown male individual who
brandished a black firearm and demanded his
property. The individual forcibly removed the victim’s
wallet and cell phone and fled the location to
parts unknown. The victim’s property had a combined
estimated value of $800. No injuries were
reported in this incident.
The final incident happened on Monday, December
9, at 12:43 a.m., in the vicinity of 1949
McGraw Avenue, a 52-year old male victim was
walking down the street when he was approached
by an unknown male individual who brandished a
black firearm and demanded his property.
The individual forcibly removed the victim’s
wallet and cell phone and fled the location to
parts unknown. The victim’s property had a combined
estimated value of $1,000. No injuries were
reported in this incident.
The individual being sought is described as a
male, 20 to 30 years in age.
It was reported to police that on Friday, December
18, at 1:00 p.m. in front of 1461 Beach Avenue,
an unidentified male approached the victim,
a 36-year-old male, punched him in the face and
took his Motorola G cell phone and a bank card.
The unidentified male fled on foot. The victim,
who suffered swelling to an eye and a laceration
to his face, was transported by private means to
Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.
It was reported to police that on Thursday,
December 24 at approximately 3:41 a.m., an unidentified
individual discharged a firearm in front
of 1240 Morrison Avenue. The unidentified individual
then fled on foot northbound on Morrison
Avenue. There were no injuries or property damage
reported as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as an adult male,
dark complexion, medium build with brown eyes
and black hair; he was last seen wearing a black
jacket with white patches on the shoulders, black
pants and black sneakers.
44th Precinct
In December, it was reported to police that
on Tuesday September 22, at approximately 8:50
a.m., in the vicinity of 810 Grand Concourse, the
individual approached the 23-year-old female
victim from behind and grabbed her buttocks.
The individual fled the scene eastbound on East
158 Street on a bicycle.
On Tuesday, December 8 at approximately
12:24 a.m., three unidentified individuals entered
a furniture store 561 River Avenue through an unlocked
rear door. Once inside, the individuals removed
blank checks and fled in an unknown direction.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, December
5 at 4:10 p.m. in front of the ‘McClean
Gourmet Deli Grocery’ located at 1133 Morris Avenue,
a 21-year-old male victim was getting into his
car when two unknown individuals approached
him from behind and demanded money.
The victim informed the individuals he had no
money, and the individuals walked the victim inside
the ‘King Size Laundromat’ located at 1582
Watson Avenue, and forced him to use his ATM
card.
Once inside, the victim attempted to use his
ATM card, but the account was empty. The individuals
preceded to punch the victim about the
face and forcibly removed $23 cash from his person
before fleeing the location to parts unknown.
EMS responded to the scene and transported
the victim to Kings County Hospital, where he
was treated and released. The unknown individuals
are described as follows:
Individual one is described as male, dark
complexion, approximately 20-years-old, 5 feet
10 inches tall, with short dark hair. He was last
seen wearing a black hooded jacket with white
fur, black pants and white and black sneakers.
Individual two is described as male, dark
complexion, approximately 20-years-old, 5 feet
10 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black
hooded jacket with white fur, black pants and
black sneakers.
45th Precinct
It was reported to police that 36-year-old
Marcelo Olivo was last seen in his residence 1510
Overing Street Apt M2C Bronx, NY 10461 on Friday
December 25, at 8:00 a.m.
He is described as a male Hispanic, 5 feet 10
inches tall has a medium build, brown hair, brown
eyes and was last seen wearing a long black jacket,
gray pants and gray sneakers.
It was recently reported to police that on
Wednesday, December 2, at approximately 1:15
p.m., inside of a southbound BX12 bus approaching
the Edison Avenue stop, in the vicinity of Baychester
Avenue and Bartow Avenue, the individual
grabbed the 34-year-old female victim ‘s thigh
and buttocks without.
The individual followed the victim off of the
bus at the Edison Avenue stop before fleeing the
scene on foot in an unknown direction.
49th Precinct
On Monday, December 28, 2020, at approximately
8:39 p.m., police responded to a 911 call
of a male stabbed at 2802 Olinville Avenue, within
the confines of the 49th Precinct.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 56-yearold
male unconscious and unresponsive with
a stab wound to the chest. The aided male was
transported by EMS to Jacobi Hospital where he
was pronounced deceased.
There are no arrests and the investigation remains
ongoing.
