You are a member of the Morris Park Business Improvement District (MPBID).
Established by NYC law in 2018, the MPBID aims to enhance the Morris Park
community by providing supplementary sanitation, beautification, safety and
marketing services to support a thriving Morris Park commercial corridor. These
services are funded through a tax assessment on commercial property owners.
These supplementary services are provided in addition, not as a substitute to
the services provided by the City of New York.

2020 MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION:
While the BID serves all property owners, commercial tenants and residents
within the district, only Registered Members may vote, elect and serve as
members of the BID Board of Directors.

MPBID Members must submit the Membership Registration Form before Friday
October 30, 2020 (Date of Record), in order to be able to vote in the elections
