Arrest in D’town knifepoint robbery

the teenage scoundrels
who threw rocks at a passing
school bus on Dec. 3
in Crown Heights.
The teenage trio allegedly
hurled stones at the
yellow bus, which was full
of students from Associated
Beth Rivkah School,
as it rolled down Lefferts
Avenue near New York Avenue
at 4:05 pm. One window
on the bus shattered,
but no students were injured.
Surveillance footage
from the scene shows the
three suspects hiding behind
a car, before tossing a
rock at the school bus, then
booking it down Lefferts
Avenue while giggling.
Cops described all three

suspects as teens with thin
builds and dark complexions.
Anyone who provides
police with information
leading to an arrest can

Police arrested a man for
allegedly robbing an Albee
Square W. store at knifepoint
on Dec. 3.
The victim told police that
the suspect allegedly tried to
steal some clothes from the
store between Fulton and
Willoughby streets at 11:45
am and threatened a security
guard with a kitchen knife after
he attempted to confront
the suspect.
Police arrested the man 15
minutes later at the scene and
slapped him felony robbery
charges.
Apple thief!
A filcher stole three pricey
laptops from a Jay Street office
between Nov. 27 and
Dec. 3.
The victim told police that
the looter stole three Apple
Macbook’s worth around
$6,500 from the building
between Plymouth and John
streets, sometime between
4:27 pm on the Nov. 29 and
9 am on Dec. 3.
Speeding off
Some scallawag stole a
woman’s car at a botched Bergen
Street sale on Dec. 3.
The victim told police she
met with the fraudster to sell
her vehicle between Nevins
Street and Third Avenue at
1:45 pm, when the pirate
drove away without paying
her for it.
Phone snatcher
Police arrested a teen for
allegedly stealing a woman’s
cellphone at the Hoyt-
Schermerhorn subway station
on Dec. 8.
The victim told police that
the 17-year-old boy allegedly
snatched the phone from her
hand inside the station near
Schermerhorn street at noon,
and ran away.
Police caught the suspect
in the station and slapped
him with felony grand larceny
charges, according to
the authorities.

A purloiner stole a deliveryman’s
electric scooter on
Duffield Street.
The victim told police he
was delivering food near Willoughby
Street and when he
returned, his electric twowheeler
was gone at 6:45

Some jerk robbed an elderly
man at a Flatbush Avenue subway
station on Dec. 8.
The 80-year-old victim told
police he was walking to the
train’s underpass near Fulton
Street at around 5:45 pm when
the good-for-nothing grabbed
his shoulder and yanked his
wallet from his pocket before
dashing off.
Drive-by shooter
A gunman fired shots
at a guy at Park Avenue on
Dec. 4.
The victim told police that
the man pulled a semi-automatic
handgun from his car
and shot at him near Cumberland
Street at 6:30 am, before
driving off toward Carlton
Avenue.
Heartless
A group of goons ambushed
a teen during a botched
shoe sale at Clinton Avenue
on Dec. 8.
The 16-year-old victim told
police he arranged to meet up
with a guy via Snapchat to buy
his Yeezy sneakers for $200
near Lafayette Avenue at 7 pm
— but the swindler and several
other punks showed up
with a firearm and grabbed
the shoes.
Lovers’s quarrel
Police arrested a woman
for allegedly attacking her
boyfriend on North Oxford
Walk on Dec. 4.
The victim told cops that
he got into a spat with his
flame about another woman
paying his cellphone bill at
around 8 am, when she allegedly
threw hot tea at him
and whacked him in the face
with a boot.
Police arrested the woman
and slapped her with felony
assault charges 20 minutes
later.

A thief mugged a woman
on Rockwell Place on Dec.
3.
The victim told police she
was waiting for an Uber at
Fulton Street at around 11:25

Carjacking
A bandit rode off in a man’s
$45,000 minivan parked on
Warren Street on Dec. 9.
The victim told police that
he parked the car between
Hicks and Columbia streets
at 8:10 am and left the key
in the ignition as he dropped
something off — but when
he returned a couple minutes
later, the Dodge Grand Caravan
was gone.
Stoop swiper
Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
stealing $27 worth
of various electronics from
a stoop on Cheever Place on
Dec. 5.
The victim said that the
suspect allegedly swiped ran
LED lights, a battery, and adhesive
paper from his stoop on
the corner of Cheever Place
and Degraw Street sometime
after 7 am.
Cops arrested the defendant
at 6:16 pm near Baltic
and Hoyt street and charged
him with petty larceny and
criminal possession of stolen
property.
Scooter theft
A bandit rode off on a
man’s scooter on Warren
Street on Dec. 4.
The victim said that he fell
off his $800 e-bike between
Nevins and Bond streets
at 10:23 am and said that a
passerby hopped on the $800
scooter and rode away.
Purifier pilferer
Cops arrested a man for
allegedly running off with a
$800 air purifier on Degraw
Street on Nov. 21.
The victim told cops that
the defendant allegedly broke
into her entryway between
Hoyt and Smith streets at 4
pm, and nabbed the pricey
air freshener.
Police cuffed the suspect
when they reportedly saw him
walking with the unit on Baltic
Street by Hoyt Street on Dec.
6, and charged him with petty
larceny and criminal possession
of stolen property.

Cops cuffed a guy for allegedly
carrying an illegal firearm
on Montgomery Place on
Dec. 3.
Police found the suspect
near Eighth Avenue at around
4:02 pm allegedly carrying
a high capacity magazine
containing 21 9 millimeter
rounds and a 9-millimeter
magazine containing eight
rounds of ammunition.
Authorities arrested the
man on felony charges of
criminal possession of a
weapon, according to police
reports.
