to a Queens police precinct,
where a man on the other
end claimed her identification
had been stolen for
drug trafficking and that she
needed to wire over $23,000
at 11:30 a.m.

police to arrest her, so
she transferred the money
but later realized that she
had been duped, according
to the authorities.
Date drama
A thief robbed an elderly
man she met on a date at
Clark Street on July 25.
The victim told cops that
he met the woman on the
dating site sugardaddymeet.
com before inviting her over
to his digs for the night between
Cadman Plaza W. and
Henry Street at 3 p.m.
When he woke up the
next morning he noticed
that the scoundrel had left
and pocketed $100 and his
credit card, which she made
several purchases with before
he canceled it with his
bank, according to the authorities.

A sneak nabbed a woman’s

The victim told cops she
was waiting to pick up her

suspect of slashing his girlfriend
on Navy Walk on
July 28.
The victim told police that
she and her beau got into an
argument when the suspect
allegedly picked up 8-inch
knives, f lung them around,
slashing her right hand, inside
the apartment near Myrtle
Avenue at 9:10 p.m.
Cops rushed to the scene
and tried to cuff the suspect,
who dropped the knife but
fled down the stairwell with
one handcuff on, before he
was caught by another cop
in Fort Greene Park around
9:45 p.m., according to the
authorities.
Police slapped the suspect
with felony assault charges
for the incident.

A brute choked a woman
on Clinton Avenue on July
25.
The victim told police
she was near Myrtle Avenue
when her friend came
up to her and put her in a
choke hold before making a
run for it at 7:30 p.m.

A thief stole a man’s packages
on Grand Avenue on
July 6.
The victim told cops he
was left for the weekend at
8:30 a.m. and when he returned
the next day at 8 p.m.,
he saw that someone had
stolen four packages from
his place between Park and
Myrtle avenues.

stabbed a man on Fourth
Avenue on July 29.
The victim told police
that he was walking between
56th and 57th streets
at around 10:20 a.m., when
the savage approached and
cut him in the lower back
with an unknown object,
cops said.
The victim sustained
minor injuries and refused
medical treatment from
first responders, according
to police.
Locked up
Police arrested a suspect
who allegedly broke
the front door lock to his
own Fourth Avenue apartment
on July 17.
The suspect’s landlord
claims the renter covered the
inside of the lock in crazy
glue at around 11 a.m., causing
$500 in damage to the
door of the apartment between
55th and 56th streets,
police said.
Police arrested the 51-
year-old suspect on July
25 on criminal mischief
charges, according to authorities.

A thief stole a man’s
bike on Eighth Avenue on
July 28.
The victim told police
he left the unlocked bike
for five minutes between
43rd and 44th streets at
around 11:30 p.m., before
the thief hopped on and rode

on July 22.
The victim, who resides

avenues, told police that the
swindler produced a fraudulent
check using the victim’s
banking information, and
cashed the check at around
9 a.m., cops said.

A mail thief cashed a
Windsor Place woman’s
check worth $2,200 on
July 21.
The victim, who lives
between 10th and 11th avenues,
told police that she
had mailed a check worth
$65 on July 14, but the baddie
snagged the check and
changed the information
before cashing it into their
bank account at around 5
p.m., cops said.

that he was walking
