at 10:10 am, before threatening
to shoot the victim with

Multiple gunmen ambushed
a deliveryman on Waverly
Avenue on March 5.
The victim told police that
five gun-wielding knaves approached
near Dekalb and
Lafayette avenues at 8:30 pm
and demanded that he hand
over cash — before fleeing with
an ill-gotten $20 in cash.
Test-y drive
A scofflaw stole a pricey
bike from a Flushing Avenue
bike shop on March 6.
The victim told police that
the weasel took a $6,000 twowheeler
for a test drive from
the store between Vanderbilt
and Clermont avenues
at around 1 pm, but pedaled
off without returning.
Pricey loot
A thief raided a man’s storage
unit at Grand Avenue between
Feb. 12 and March 6.
The victim told police that
the swindler had grabbed a
projector, cables, computer
accessories, and other goods
worth a total of more than
$9,000 from his locker near

A knife and pipe-wielding
brute attacked a man on Atlantic
Avenue on March 3.
The victim told police
that the rogue tried to stab
him multiple times between
Third and Fourth avenues at
12:35 pm, before grabbing a
metal rod and wacking him
on the arm.
The man had fled before
police arrived, cops said.
Spring cleaning
A sneak thief looted a storage
unit on Gold Street between
Feb. 19 and March 3.
The victim told police that
the filcher snagged jewelry,
designer clothes, pictures, and
other items from the building
between Front and York
streets and making off undetected.
Snatched!
A brazen brigand snatched
a woman’s wallet on Cadman
Plaza West on March 7.
The victim told police
that the scoundrel grabbed
her wallet near Pierrepont
Street at 2:20 pm and ran
off from the scene.
Perfume prowl
Looters stole $17,000-worth
of perfumes from a Joralemon
Street beauty store during separate
robberies on March 7
and 8.
Witnesses told police that
three marauders bagged more
than $7,000 worth of perfumes
from the store near
Court Street at 7:20 pm, before
returning at 12:40 pm
the next day and snagging
another $10,000-worth of
fragrances — getting away
both times.
Tech trouble
A group of freebooters
stole $16,000 worth of laptops
from a Washington Street
building on March 3.
The victim told police
that one of the malcontents
dressed as a FedEx employee
and broke a magnetic lock of
the building near Front Street
at 8 pm, before bagging the
computers and fleeing the
scene.

store on March 9.
An employee told police
that the burglar stuffed four
packs of meat into a duffle
bag before leaving the store

at 10:10 pm.

A looter nabbed a $950 bike
from a Verona Street house
sometime between March 1
and March 5.
The victim told police
that the pirate took the bike
from his unlocked vestibule
between Dwight and Richards
street.
That’s nuts
Police arrested a man for a
host of alleged crimes, including
stealing pistachios from
an Atlantic Avenue supermarket
on March 6.
Patrolling officers stopped
the suspect as he was allegedly
riding his bike the wrong way
on the Court Street sidewalk
at 10:10 pm, and realized after
an investigation that he had
an open arrest warrant.
When cops searched the
man, they allegedly found
four stolen bags of pistachios.

A shoplifter made off with
a load of ill-gotten groceries
from a Third Street Whole
Foods on March 7.
A store employee told police
that the thief lifted $227
worth of food from the grocer
near Third Avenue — including
coconut water, food
from the hot bar, sushi rolls,
and smoked salmon.
Carjacked
A freebooter robbed a car
on Sterling Place on March
4.
The victim told police that
the pirate jacked $300 cash
and a pair of headphones from
her car parked near Sixth Avenue
sometime between 3:30
pm and 5 pm.
Bye-cycle
Some villain stole a bike that
was left on Fifth Avenue.
The victim told police that
he locked his ride to a pole
near Third Street, but the jerk
stole it before he returned at
around 5 am.
Booted
Police arrested a man for
allegedly stealing boots from
a Flatbush Avenue shopping
mall on March 7.
An employee told police
that the suspect allegedly tried
on the $150 pair of kicks in
the mall near Atlantic Avenue
at around 2:40 pm, before
attempting to flee.

Police arrested a fugitive
after a dramatic
car chase in Downtown
Brooklyn on Wednesday
morning.
Cops spotted the
40-year-old man, who
they allege is a suspect
in an assault case in the
Bronx, in a white pickup
truck on Atlantic Avenue,
between Buffalo Avenue
and Suydam Place in Bedford
Stuyvesant, around
11:35 am, according to
a Police Department
spokesman.
When the Boys in Blue
approached the man, he
sped off, leading authorities
on a high-speed chase
heading toward America’s
Downtown, which
continued onto the Brooklyn
Queens Expressway,
according to the authorities.
Police eventually
stopped the fugitive on the
highway near the Brooklyn
Heights Promenade
triple cantilever, where
they stopped him and
took him into custody,
the spokesman said.
Official charges are
pending further investigation,
authorities said.
