The victim told police that the

Sucker punch
Cops arrested a suspect for allegedly
punching a police offi cer in the
mouth on W. 21st Street on Nov. 15.
The offi cer told his fellow boys in
blue that they’d approached the suspect
for parking in a no standing
zone between Mermaid and Surf avenues,
when he allegedly hit the offi
cer in the face.
Freeloader
A purloiner snagged $1,620
worth of items from a Cropsey Avenue
home improvement store on
Nov. 20.
An employee told police that the
sneak thief walked out with the illgotten
good from the store near Bay
53rd Street at around 12:20 pm without
paying.

Roommate rage
A woman attacked her roommate
with a knife on Bay Ridge Avenue
on Nov. 19.
The victim told police that the enraged
roommate cut him in the neck
and fi ngers with a pocket knife after
an argument inside their apartment
between 15th and 16th avenues
at 2:40 am.
Paramedics took the victim to a
nearby hospital, where he received
stitches for his injuries, according
to police reports.
Fiery attack
A baddie smacked a man in the
head with a fi re extinguisher and
nabbed his phone on Cropsey Avenue
on Nov. 17.
The victim told police that the attacker
pulled him out of his parked
car, punched him in the chest, and
hit him with a fi re extinguisher between
Bay 40th and Bay 41st streets
at 9 pm, before running off with the
victim’s Nike shoes and cellphone.
Carjacked
A robber punched a man and
stole his car on Bay Ridge Avenue
on Nov. 18.
The victim told police that the
assailant contacted him via Facebook

when they met up between 18th and
19th avenues at 6:35 pm, the brute
attacked the victim and drove off in
the ill-gotten vehicle.
ICE cold crime
A con man pretended to be an
ICE offi cer and scammed a woman
out of $1,000 on Nov. 18.
The victim told police that the
pilferer told her that she’d failed
to submit her “alien identifi cation
number” for registration, and had
to make two payments of $500 each,
which the victim did before realizing
the hoax.
Car theft
A bandit nabbed two pairs of
sneakers and electronics from a car
parked on Benson Avenue on Nov.
15.
The victim told police that the
thief broke into her Honda Accord
parked by the corner of 26th Avenue
and stole $2,234 worth of sneakers
and a set of electronics at around
9:30 pm.

Subway slasher
A blade-wielding rogue slashed a
man’s face aboard a subway at High
Street station on Nov. 21.
The victim told police that the
malefactor slit his face with a boxcutter
on the Manhattan-bound
train near Cadman Plaza E. at
around 11:50 am, before running
out of the station.
Atlantic Ambush
A group of good-for-nothings ambushed
a guy on Atlantic Avenue in
the early hours of Nov. 17.
The victim told police that one of
the goons jumped him from behind,
choked him, and demanded his
phone between Clinton and Court
streets at around 1:35 am, before the
victim got loose and tripped on a
curb, causing him to smash his face
on the pavement.
Fists a-fl yin’
Police arrested a man for allegedly
attempting to rob a man’s backpack
and punching a cop at Metro-
Tech Center on Nov. 18.
The victim told police that the
suspect allegedly slugged him several
times and tried to take his
bag between Bridge and Lawrence
streets at 8:45 pm, but when police
arrived, the suspect allegedly
punched an offi cer in the jaw.
Cops cuffed the man for felony
robbery and assault, police said.
Bodega beat down
Some scumbag sucker-punched
and mugged a woman at a Schermerhorn
Street bodega on Nov. 29.
The victim told police that the
brute socked her to the ground near
Bond Street at 10:10 pm, before grabbing
$15 and running off.
Elder abuse
A posse of pillagers pounded a
senior citizen at a Montague Street
candy store on Nov. 18.
The 66-year-old victim told police
that the band of brigands punched
him in the face several times near
Henry Street just after 2:10 pm.

Adderall ambush
Brutes assaulted a man and stole
his medication at a Myrtle Avenue
pharmacy on Nov. 20.
The victim told police that the
three thieves punched him in the
face at Washington Park at 9:40 am,
before stealing his Adderall and
fl eeing toward Fort Greene Park.

Two gunmen opened fi re at a
Bedford-Stuyvesant house party
on Nov. 22, killing a 20-year-old
woman, and injuring at least six
others.
The terror began when two men
walked into an apparent sweet sixteen
celebration inside a second
fl oor apartment on Albany Avenue
near Fulton Street at around 11:17
pm and opened fi re, sources said.
Offi cers from the 79th Precinct
rushed to the scene and discovered
six injured people between the ages
of 15 and 20 with gunshot wounds to
various parts of their bodies, and
paramedics took them to various
hospitals for treatment.
One victim, a 20-year-old
woman, was hit with a bullet in the
buttocks, and later died at Woodhull
Medical Center.
Police have not yet given a description
of the assailants, but said
information was forthcoming. Investigators
are looking into a possible
link to a gang rivalry, police
added.
One neighbor described the terrifying
scene.
“There were teen girls crying
and screaming. Everything
happened so quickly. People were
covered in blood,” said Roger Bennett,
a resident of the building
where the Sunday night shooting
occurred.
