An 8-year-old child and five others
were injured in a brutal Marine
Park car crash on July 4.
The driver of a white Dodge was
heading south on Ryder Street at
7:19 p.m., when the motorist blew
through a stop sign at Fillmore
Avenue and plowed into a black

Cops are hunting the knife-wielding
thief who beat and robbed a 56-year-old
man in Mill Basin on June 15.
The victim told police the crook
pulled a knife on him on Strictland
Avenue near Avenue V at 10:30 p.m.
The thief demanded the victim’s
cash, before slugging him numerous
times in the face, nabbing $130 and his
phone, and then hightailing it, cops
said.
Anyone who provides police with
information leading to an arrest can
expect up to a $2,500 reward through
the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers program.
