Beer fi ending bandits snagged
two cases of Mermaid Pilsner from
a Surf Avenue brewery on Jan. 24.
An employee told police the
crooks broke into the storage space
at the brewery between W. 16th
and W. 21st streets through a wall
around 3:30 am causing $250 worth
of damage.
Pod sale
Three gun-wielding dirtbags
stole Airpods and an iPhone from a
teenager during a botched sale at a
W. 25th Street housing complex on
Jan. 26.
The victim told police that he
was attempting to sell the Airpods
outside of the apartments between
Mermaid and Surf avenues at
around 5:30 pm, when they waved a
fi rearm and attacked the victim.

Run up
Two gun-wielding villains attacked
a man and stole his wallet on
Gerritsen Avenue on Jan. 19.
The victim told police that the
brigands approached him at the
intersection of Cyrus Avenue at
around 7: 30 am, before telling him
to “run his pockets” while brandishing
fi rearms.
Swipe swoop
A rogue mugged a man for his
wallet at a Kings Highway subway
station on Jan. 20.
The victim told police that he
took out his wallet to retrieve his
Metrocard at the station near E.
16th Street at around 6:10 pm when
the brigand snagged the wallet and
rans toward the exit.
Scrap scoundrel
Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
breaking into a Bragg Street affordable
housing complex and stealing
scrap metal on Jan. 22.
The victim told police that he
suspect allegedly took the property
from the building at the intersection
of Avenue W around 10 am and
sold it to a scrapyard for $40,000.
Police caught up with the man
and arrested him on burglary
charges, according to police

A man allegedly bit a cop while
he was being arrested near Bay
Eighth Street on Jan. 14.

The offi cer told his fellow police
that he was arresting the 40-yearold
man for an unrelated crime between
Independence Avenue and
Shore Parkway at 10:16 pm, when
the suspect bit down on his right
forearm, causing pain and causing
him to bleed.
The cop was transported to Maimonides
Medical Center, where he
was treated for his wound.
Backstabber
A violent brute stabbed a man in
the back on 86th Street on Jan. 19.
The victim told police that he got
in a fi ght with three men between
24th Avenue and Bay 37th Street
at 3:55 am, when one of the bruisers
stabbed him in the back with a
knife, before the scumbags fl ed.
First responders rushed the victim
to a nearby hospital in stable
condition, according to police reports.
Violent robbery
Three ruffi ans beat up a man and
stole $201 from him on New Utrecht
Avenue on Jan. 26.
The victim told police that the
three louts threw him to the ground
while punching and kicking him between
81st Street and Liberty Pole
Boulevard at 11:55 pm, before the
slimeballs took the cash from his
wallet and fl ed.

A bandit snagged $1,392 worth
of oral products from a Kings Highway

An employee told police that the
thief nabbed dozens of Crest and
Listerine products from the pharmacy

a Ralph Avenue breakfast place on
Jan. 26.
The victim told police that he was
eating at the pancake house at the
intersection of Avenue K at around
2 pm and returned to his car to fi nd
that the swindler had snagged his
Nintendo Switch, two Fire Tablets,
and a pocketbook.
Missing notes
Pilferers nabbed $2,200 worth of
belongings from a car parked on E.
45th Street on Jan. 19.
The victim told police that he left
his car at the intersection of Avenue
M at around 4 am and returned to
see his two Samsung Galaxy Note
cellphones and his iPad missing.

Money grab
Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
stealing an ATM machine in front
of a Smith Street grocery store on
Jan. 25.
Patrolling offi cers found the
man after he allegedly put the machine
from the store on the corner of
Union Street into his van at around
3:30 am.
Police found him 20 minutes
later in Clinton Hill and charged
him with possession of stolen property,
reckless driving, and petty larceny,
among other charges.
Food fi lcher
A burglar ran off with $29 worth
of food in front of an Imlay Street
building on Jan. 27.
The victim told police that the
bandit snatched 30 pitas, three
loaves of bread, and four quarts of
milk that had been delivered to the
building between Verona and Pioneer
streets at 7 am before biking
away.
Clothes crook
A thief ran off with $778 worth of
kids clothes from a store on Smith
Street on Jan. 23.
An employee told police that the
lout snagged 25 girls’ bike shorts, a
kids’ fur coat, and several articles of
multicolored clothing from the store
between Court and Clinton street at
3:23 pm, before running off.

Train goons
Three marauders assaulted and
robbed a straphanger aboard an F
train at Church Avenue on Jan. 27.
The victim told police that one
of the highway robbers demanded
his phone, but he refused aboard
the train near McDonald Avenue at
around 4 pm, when one of the brutes
kicked and punched him, causing
two broken ribs and three missing
teeth, before they fl ed off the train
with the victim’s phone and tool
bag.
Sneaking thieves
Two worms robbed a guy on
Third Avenue on Jan. 27.
The victim told police that the
two scoundrels told him that they
had a way for him to make extra
money near 54th Street at around
2:30 pm, but when the victim followed
them around the corner, they
robbed him of his wallet.
Planked!
Cops cuffed a guy for allegedly
assaulting another man on Seventh
Avenue on Jan. 21.
The victim told police that the
suspect allegedly cracked another
man in the head with a plank of
wood near 49th Street.
Cops later cuffed the assailant
and slapped him with felony assault
charges.

Some brute assaulted a guy in an
Atlantic Avenue mall on Jan. 21.
Surveillance footage shows the
criminal punching the victim in
the mouth inside the shopping center
near Flatbush Avenue at around
4:50 pm, causing a cut in the victim’s
lip.
Dine and dash!
Three knuckleheads ripped off a
Fifth Avenue restaurant on Jan. 25.
An employee told police that
the drunken trio ran up a tab of
$317 dollars in the restaurant near
President Street at around 10:30 pm,
downing four pitchers of margaritas
and six shots of tequila and several
dishes of food — before sneaking
out and fl eeing in a taxi.
Jacked
Some thief robbed a woman in
Atlantic Avenue government offi ce
on Jan. 21.
The victim told police that she
left her headphones on the counter
inside the offi ce near Fort Greene
Place at around 6 pm, when the pilferer
swiped them.
Vandals
Some rascals vandalized a Third
Avenue warehouse on Jan. 18.
The property owner told police
that the scoundrels broke into
the warehouse near First Street at
around noon and spray painted on
the heavy equipment that was in
storage.
